MarineStore Chandlery are great. Good prices and prompt delivery. They even let you know if there is going to be a delay in the delivery of your item. I'd shop there again.

I asked for guidance on some winter gloves, and what came back was as though I was talking to a long time friend ~ good honest advice, backed up by sound product knowledge, and yes they were very warm the other w/e when required

I have always found MarineStore to provide good value, clear communications and prompt service. From time to time they have added to this reliable service with great additional discounts and free delivery, making it a very attractive proposition versus buying from a local chandlers.

Having checked out and compared prices,I placed my order and the goods were delivered on time and carefully packed.

What you want when ordering on-line is that the web site is easy to use - from locating the item you need thought to paying for it. Then you need it to be dispatched in accordance with the information received and delivered promptly in good condition.

Overall good, just a couple of products out of stock which missed me a special discount. Dealt efficiently with the return of wrong-sized gloves.

Great service but they tried to charge me an inordinate amount for delivery to Ireland. When I told them why I wasn't purchasing I immediately got a very very reduced rate of £4.99 for postage. Very quick delivery and I am happy with the service. Pity about the bad impression they made first.

I live in the Netherlands and prices from marinestore are significantly lower.
They even contact you for the best and cheapest shipping method.
Talk about proactive customer support. They deserve an A+++ rating.
One minor remark if you have fundings please redesign the website. It looks a bit antique ;-)
