Thank you for your feedback. The image that was provided to us by the manufacturer was that one. The posters that arrived had a different design. You contacted us with your complaint a week ago more less and we immediately refunded you. So you were able to keep your poster and had a refund.

Hi Customer, I am not sure if you are being serious when you say you had to wait for 8 days for Mid November to arrive. You bought the Geelong Football Club 2022 AFL Premiership Guernsey - White :Size Adults XL - Pre-sale Ships Mid Nov. Cotton On shipped the Guernseys to retailers early on Friday and we were able to ship it to you by tuesday, a week early. I am not sure two stars is appropriate for that level of performance and service.

After waiting 2 weeks for delivery, I was very disappointed with the colour of my cap. The Geelong colours are Blue and White. The cap was black and gold 😔😔. Very disappointed to say the least.

Hi Yvonne, the cap was described as being a gold embroidered cap in the title and had a picture of a black and gold cap. You are welcome to return the item, but that is what you purchased.
