I think this is a scam. The dress I received was nothing like the one I ordered no shipping labels no labels on the dress. Very Cheap material and not worth the money at all

Ordered a cute country style dress. Material is cheap see-through fabric with threads hanging off. Not as described, poor quality and so not recommend. Waiting to hear back about return but not hold out much hope.

Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Cheap fabric, loose threads, really disappointed. Wouldn't recommend. Absolutely conned. Waste of money.

Ordered a dress for a special occasion and couldn’t be happier. The fabric feels amazing and the fit is very flattering. It arrived on time and was packaged really well. I received so many compliments wearing it!

I was a bit unsure before ordering but Im so glad i went for it. The jacket arrived quickly and the material feels really high end. It fits beautifully and is super versatile. Overall a great experience from ordering to delivery.

This company has all the hallmarks of a scam. I ordered a very pretty flower patterned dress in the sale - still £35.
The dress I eventually received was a polyester shapeless piece of fabric with visible stitching and blurred pattern. I wouldn’t be seen dead init. The website gives the impression of a UK based company but in order to get a refund I need to send it back to China at my own expense. Utter rubbish!

Nice quality and arrived quickly. The jacket is smart and well made, goes with everything. Took off one star only because the returns info wasn't super clear on the website, had to email to check. They replied promptly though so no real complaints.

I purchased a pair of jeans after seeing their Instagram advert and received regular updates until delivery. Unfortunately, when they arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The jeans looked nothing like the advert, the material was flimsy and not denim-like at all, and the sizing was completely inaccurate. I ordered an XL, which is a UK size 16 based on their website’s size guide, but what I received was closer to a UK size 10.

I contacted their customer service team, following the steps outlined in their refund policy. Instead of allowing me to return the item, they initially offered a 15% “goodwill” refund. When I declined, they increased it to a 25% partial refund. I insisted on returning the item, and they eventually provided an address in China along with a condition in the small print: the item must be received within 14 days, and I must cover all customs duties or the return would be rejected. This directly contradicts their own refund policy, which states customers have 30 days from delivery to return items.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with the quality of the product and the service I received. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company.

The dress that was delivered was nothing like what I ordered . A very poor imitation cheaply made, worth less than £5. No lace on it at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Omg. How do these people get away with it! Items look fantastic on website .
Reality is they are cheap materials cheaply from china. Not what you order a cheap copy .
Says they refund if not happy! Well that’s a joke they are haggling with me offering me partial money back and to keep the garment . I want a full refund and to send this back . I said it’s a faulty garment and not fit for purpose and their for do not have to pay to return for a full refund . Now am not getting a response !!!!!! .
You will slap your self if you are taken in and order from this company

Pleasantly surprised by the quality honestly. True to size, lovely fabric, arrived quickly. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is I found the checkout process a little fiddly on my phone. The item itself is lovely and I'd order again

Have bought twice now and both times been really pleased. Good quality fabrics, flattering cuts and delivery has been prompt. Nice to find a brand that makes clothes for grown women rather than teenagers. Will keep coming back.

Ordered the lace dress for a family wedding. Got so many compliments on it! Fits beautifully, the lace is really delicate and pretty, not cheap looking at all. Delivery was quick and it came really well packaged. Brilliant

Ordered a dress for my daughter's graduation and it was perfect. Fit was true to size, fabric is really nice quality, not thin and cheap like you get from a lot of online shops. Delivery was fast too. Very happy.

Terrible quality. 'Quality lace', label says 100% polyester. Looks cheap. Was not cheap.
Ive contacted Mark & Laura to ask where I send the return, T&Cs state this is fine to do so within 30 days. Their response was baffling.

Wasn't sure about ordering as I'd not heard of them before but so glad I did. The jacket arrived really quickly and the quality is lovely. Feels much more expensive than it is. Already shown it to my sister and she wants one too

Needed something smart for a work event and this ticked most boxes. The material feels premium and it looked great on. Would have given 5 stars but the colour was slightly different to the photo on screen, still lovely though, just a touch darker

Really impressed overall. The size guide was accurate and everything fit well. The dress is gorgeous, far better quality than I expected. Only slight thing is delivery took a day longer than estimated, but it arrived well packaged and I'm very happy with it.

Ordered a beautiful festival dress from here and the dress that was delivered was nothing like what I ordered . A very poor imitation cheaply made .Do not buy from here . Such a scam and such a shame.
