I have been using this Mark Ryden Voyager Bagpack for almost a month now and I am absolutely in love with it! This bag is definitely one of the most useful bagpacks I have ever owned. The main compartment is spacious allowing me to fit all necessary items. It also features various other pockets for greater organization. It is lightweight yet sturdy, plus it is water resistant! It can be used for casual outings as well as trips and it looks great in any setting. Overall, I highly recommend this bagpack. 5/5 stars!

I have not received my item even though I paid for expedited shipping. This was for a gift. I am very disappointed.

I’m still waiting the product. Please ready my review from December and this company reply. They said that the product was going to be delivered. THEY ARE LYING.

I bought the product THREE months ago.

I sent an email asking for reimbursement and I had no answer. So, I was robbed by this company.

It is a very useful and easy to carry bag.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life. Don't even glance at their website because you will not receive anything you order and you will NOT get a response from support. This is fraudulent and scam it says it is from the UK but it is from China and the tracking number is fake.

Although it took a somewhat long time to get my bag, I must say it was worth the wait. I got the Rover 17 inch laptop bag. I live in a very rainy area and have to carry a lot of electronics with me to school, but with the excellent waterproofing materials that the bag is made of, all of my electronics are now safe and dry.

I paid for laptop bag. The bag was never shipped or delivered. I have chased by sending an email but no one has responded. This is a joke.

Absolutely worst experience dealing with them
I received the wrong bag and have been trying to reach them via chat, email, facebook messenger and have not received a response anywhere. They said they were going to look into my wrong order issue and then disappeared and haven't heard from them since.
Their website says 9pm-5pm support but those are LIES

First order was canceled, supposedly out of stock. So I messaged them and have yet to receive a reply. Did not see my refund yet either. Placed an order for the same bag but with three compartments, hoping it is in stock. Haven’t heard a word about shipping or a reply back to my initial inquiry. Not happy so far; the shipping time for a place that is in the U.S. and processing time is way too long.

I want to believe it's a great backpack. So, I purchased it on line and give it a five star but the thing is that it's been a week and I'm still waiting for my order to be shipped. Cannot wait to get my backpack!

My only suggestion is that Mark Ryden USA should be more clear in where there products are made.

Quality, design, material...everything together makes really great value for its price.

I’ve ordered the Voyager business backpack for my husband and it really exceeded my expectations! The quality is really good and it looks great with business attire and fits a tun. A perfect alternative to a laptop briefcase which caused him so much back pain.

Love the design, materials and the craftsmanship! I'm using it on my international trip and so far (10 days) - it rocks! I'll post an update if something changes, but so far so good! :)
