Efficient process from start to finish. Good product at reasonable price

Had Marshall’s paving on driveway & patio materials. Patio grouting was completed by an approved Marshall’s contractor this has now crumbled, weeds growing. Marshall’s not interested & will not rectify the grouting which is clearly not fit for purpose. When you spend a significant amount on a product you believe to be of high quality this is not the experience one would expect. Appalling service!

Don't use this company's products unless you want your project to end up looking like Elmer the Patchwork Elephant! The paving provided was nothing like the colour shown on the web site and ranged from nearly black to light pink in the same batch. They have no colour consistency or quality control. And when you complain, they just don't care! I just don't know how they stay in business.

('Technical' Dept has already 'investigated' and concluded that's just the way things are and it's tough. Hence my negative review on here. £000's on a garden that now looks like a battenberg cake! Really, do not use their products. I have to doubt the validity of the 5* reviews on here, to be honest.)

I ordered a pallet of paving stones but on the day before they were due to be delivered I saw that I would have enough flags to finish the job after all. The company cancelled the order and returned my money, no questions asked.

Our grateful thanks to Marshalls for their extreme generosity in providing materials to help us complete drainage work on our Bowling Green . Once again many many thanks on behalf of the members .

Beware they take no responsibility and give no guarantee over their registered installers. It seems that they will accept any installer that pays them to be on their register and they don't seem to properly vet them . The one we used from their list was a disaster. Bad workmenship, unreliable, dodgy, would not provide receipts or the guarantees you are meant to get as promised if you use their products and installer. No one is interested to even hear about it in Marshalls and no one will protect you as a customer that used someone from thier list. Be careful!

From the sales office to delivery very helpful. The salesman was knowledgable and the delivery man very skillful in his placing the pallets exactly where needed

The initial contact was quick and helpful and deliverd when promised. The communication was good throughout

The delivery driver was more than excellent he took time to ensure his vehicle was good to deliver the number of pallets in a place suitable for us to work with and not blocking any other delivery or vehicle in a busy residential area. He was very thoughtful and ensured good practice throughout.
The company provided the goods linea drainage as described and the missing units were quickly despatched from another centre when we notified the office so all in all a very good experience. We tried other deliveries and Marshalls always had their prices at a good level and we have ordered a number of items and will continue to order direct from them.

It seems very deceptive to mis describe the setts I bought. I ordered setts described as 210mm x 110mm x 50mm. When they arrived they were 200 x 100 x 50. This resulted in my job being 3 sq. m. short. In my complaint to Marshalls the person from technical department said....Yer others have complained about that too!!! This got me very angry as they wouldn't fix this problem just told me to go buy more! Held up my job by a week losing me money and time. Lucky I had understanding customer. Please put the 'actual' size in your product description
