Ordering online was easy although the cost of delivery was a little high. It would be a higher score but I ordered the item a week ago and still haven't received it. If I'm paying £14.95 for delivery, I would expect to be delivered quickly.

Unprofessional
The coustumer service was very unhelpful and only answer I've got was "I don't know" and "I can't help" which as a trader was unprofessional.
Even the price on the website is not reflecting the final price you gave to pay as delivery changes are massive
I will definitely not go back to buy direct from them.

Goods were delivered on time. I was kept informed of delivery schedule and also rang an hour before by the lovely helpful driver.
Good price also.

Excellent quality product…
Easy to order blocks to match the ones I used 17 years ago. Delivered on time, well packaged and excellent quality. Old blocks power washed and look like new. A long lasting quality product.
