Great products and exceptional customer service!

Ordered 17 Feb. Est delivery date 27 Fen. Still waiting for delivery. Delivery was originally expected a couple of weeks from the order date, then it was pushed back a few days, then it was pushed back again by a week, then pushed back by another month. Phoned up to ask if we could pick up the bricks from a local supplier to be told that there was no stock in the entire country - why given the false expectation of the delivery dates? Marshalls makes it impossible to plan anything when dates are changed at the last minute.

Update 12 May - delivery was last week, although for some reason quantity of 2 was crossed out on the ticket with qty:1 put in it's place - so only 1 crate was delivered. Phoned up and arranged delivery for the rest of the order for today, despite a text saying delivery was scheduled between 10 and 14.00 it never arrived with no further update. So I guess another call in the morning. I stand by my original statement, marshalls seems unable to deliver and makes planning pretty much impossible.

Update June 10. Still waiting for delivery, since the last failed delivery I filed a formal complaint - no reply. I have not been given a delivery date so as it currently stands I will never see this delivered - dropping from 2 stars to 1 star.

Misadvised by one of Marshall’s approved landscapers about a Marshall’s product. When I raised this with a Marshall’s representative they dismissed what I had queried and told me they would not reply to any future communications.
What is the point of an approved Marshall’s Landscaper if this is their attitude.

Been waiting for four weeks for a bottle of Green-Away path cleaner. Apparently it is supplied through a third party. Excellent product (if you can get one!)

My landscaper recommended this product it gets rid of anything green and cleans the paths. Use it with no rain forecast for two days.

Predicted delivery dates all over the place - and then wrong colour delivered. Not happy

Had to change delivery day, not a problem. On the day, work men started digging up the road but the delivery driver did everything he could and even managed to get all 4 pallets far enough up our driveway that I could still get my car on it. Very happy with the service received.

Attempted delivery on the wrong day, a week ahead of what was requested, with no warning. Text advising of delivery between 11.28 and 12.28 arrived at 14.44!?

Product arrived as described, well packed and undamaged. Delivery driver was very helpful and kept us informed of delivery time.

I have bought the bricks twice and my house is located in the school zone area. I know that is frustrating when there is so many cars parking around the narrow street. However, two drivers were patient and had tried their best to solve the problem and managed to come delivering the bricks on time!

I experienced a few issues at my end due to some unforseen circumstances. I Dealt with Claire via email and over the phone and she couldn't of been more helpful. Arranged a collection and refund without hesitation and kept me in the loop during the while process. Fantastic customer service. Won't hesitate to use Marshalls again
