I would just like to thank Martin & Co for handling the sale of my property. The chain caused a lot of problems and any news or information was received from Abby Welsman at their Bebington branch. Lesley Earl who handled the sales and marketing was also very helpful with plenty of information.

Thanks to all at Martin and Co for marketing my property for rent and finding tenants. Lesley took great photos of the property and gave realistic advice about what should be the monthly rental rate. Cath was present at the viewings and provided me with immediate feedback which was very helpful. Sheena has been really helpful throughout the application and vetting process, keeping me updated at every stage. A seamless and stress free process! Highly recommend this co.

Martin and co -absolutely recommend
Martin and co. made what was a very difficult, emotional experience so much easier. Lesley was helpful, considerate, and very efficient. I could tell she takes great care in her work. Due to selling my late father's home, it was a difficult and at times emotional process, Lesley helped from the very first meeting at the house to post-sale. I will be forever grateful for all her help. I cannot recommend this estate agent more.

Polite and friendly staff
Polite and friendly staff. The price quoted at the outset was the final price charged. The staff responded promptly and professionally throughout the process. They kept us informed at every stage. Good communications via email and telephone. Good advice offered and taken at the various stages of the decision making process. They handled all the negotiations between seller and purchaser. Overall, a relatively smooth and hassle free experience and we would certainly recommend this company for future business.

Feel they are all for the landlord and not interested in the tenets.
Make it hard to get deposit back even with evidence that the landlord is being unreasonable.
