I asked MBE Norwich to pick up a guitar…
I asked MBE Norwich to pick up a guitar from an auction in Acle Norfolk. The instrument was collected and I awaited a quote to send it to me. I am still waiting, I have sent many emails and not had one reply and yes I did check my junk file. I have telephoned them direct but no one ever answers. I have contacted MBE Colchester and asked them to collect and post it to me but their hands are tied. It has been 25 days since the instrument was taken to mbe Norwich and am beginning to think the instrument has been approriated by an employee and they don't know how to deal with this situation. I require mailboxes to determine where the instrument is and to pass it to a competent packer and sender and post it to me, I am at a stage where I don't care if it is MBE or whoever I just want my goods in Plymouth in good condition, why mbe Norwich has not contacted me so I can pay them is perhaps a problem for the standards officer of mbe because the service has been appalling so far. Please let me know if a/ you can find it and b/ is it possible for mbe (a packing and posting service) to do their job . Christopher Maskell

I am truly sorry about thexperience you've had with your guitar shipment. We understand your frustration, and I recognise your concerns that the instrument may have been misappropriated.
Mail Boxes Etc. centres are independently owned and operated franchises, and while they strive to provide consistent service, we recognise that individual experiences can vary. This situation, however, is a serious matter that requires immediate attention and resolution.
I urge you to email our Head Office at nso@mbe.uk immediately with all the specifics of your complaint, including the date of the auction, the centre location, and the details of the guitar. Our Head Office will investigate this matter with the utmost urgency to ascertain the whereabouts of your item and ensure a resolution is found.

TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE

I am truly sorry and very concerned to read about the utterly unacceptable experience you've had.
This level of unresponsiveness and lack of service is absolutely not what Mail Boxes Etc. aims to provide.
I urge you to email nso@mbe.uk immediately with all the details of your order, including the date of your request, the specific Mail Boxes Etc. office involved, and the dates you attempted to contact them via email and phone. Our Head Office will investigate this matter with the utmost urgency to address this severe breakdown in service.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I've been waiting for my items since December. They take a long time to respond, and I still don't have a clear answer as to when they'll send my items. They're not trustworthy!
