Visited the Luton shop to buy a suit for a wedding I was attending a couple of weeks ago and the staff were very polite and helpful
shoe purchase
bought a pair of shoes from the luton branch but upon arriving home decided they were not suitable. Upon attempting to return the shoe for exchange , my claim that they were not used were smugly dismissed by both the sales assistant who sold me in the first place and his so called manager.I wil not use this company again.

Absolutely unacceptable and shocking behaviour by staff at Milano Couture, Westfield Stratford (visited 7 Dec 2025, around 12:45–1:15 PM).
My friend and I went in to look at suits, but what happened next was disgraceful. After I stepped out of the shop, two staff members called my friend back and one of them began making inflammatory political comments, saying not to buy from “any shop that supports Israel.” When my friend told him that he was not even the customer, the staff escalated further, saying, “Oh, he’s not Muslim? Then he must be a kafir — you should kill him.”
Even realising how outrageous it was, the staff then pretended it was a joke. This is not a joke — it’s a violent, hateful, and discriminatory comment completely unbecoming of any professional establishment, let alone one operating inside Westfield Stratford, a place meant to be safe and welcoming to everyone.
Such hate speech and threats have no place in London society. I strongly urge Milano Couture management and Westfield Stratford to take *immediate action* against the individuals responsible and ensure no one else is put in such an intimidating and degrading situation. Until an official apology and corrective measures are announced, I would advise others to *avoid this store entirely*
DO NOT BUY ONLINE
Do not buy from these people. I made an order online, it has not arrived, the tracking they give is a load of rubbish, I’ve been in contact with them and they do not email back, they will take your money and not provide any form of communication. I am having to go the extra mile to flag this with my account provider to get my money back.

Fantastic knowledge by sales assistant. Top lady! I hate shopping in truth by this was pleasurable! Great range of everything in colours and designs not seen in many over places. Spent more than expected but what the hell, too many nice things to pass over.
Great staff at Meadowhall.
Had a great experience at MC in Meadowhall, Sheffield. Excellent service from the staff, especially manager Faye - who were all very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Not a fan of suit shopping but left happy and well prepared for an upcoming wedding. Would definitely recommend.
Please beaware this company dont like…
Please beaware this company dont like to give you your monet back. Either go in the shop and be sure what you want but, dont order online. The customer service is poor, once they got you money they don't want to deal with you and ignore you. They reluctant to give you your money back when the goods are return in good condition as you received. Avoid this company. If you go in Westfield White City, always different staff. MC deal with your customers better. Stop keeping their money and do the right thing otherwise I will report the company.
Do Not Expect a Refund for Retuned Goods.
I bought a waistcoat, making it quite clear to the sales assistant that it was to go with a kilt that hadn't arrived, so was guessing colours. At that point she did not make it clear that they wouldn't refund a returned item.
I chose an item and the quality and was fit good. She even recommended another shop - Suit Direct - where there would be other options. At that point she would have known there was a good chance that I would be returning at least one. At that point she should have made their returns policy clear - she did not. I bought the waistcoat - at no point did she make their returns policy clear during the purchase!
I eventually decided on the Suit Direct waistcoat because it was a better colour match.
After ten days, I returned the waistcoat to them expecting to be able to get a refund. Apparently, their refund policy had been explained to me. IT HAD NOT. Now I have a credit note from them, which I don't want, am £72.50 out of pocket and returning to their Milton Keynes store would leave a very bitter taste in my mouth.

Magical Milano!
We visited the store in Westfield Stratford as my son is the Best Man at his best friend's wedding and we were looking for something smart that would stand out. The service we received was outstanding, mainly being helped by Sarah, and also Rohan. They could not do enough for us, suggesting different outfits and letting my son try on whatever he liked. They went out of their way to ensure we found something we were happy with, and we were very happy to walk away having purchased a full outfit at a very fair price. Highly recommended and worth a return visit!

Be careful parcel left outside on couriers own account. Milano couture do not respond to my emails and will not warrant me a refund. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Wedding suits
My husband has a hand maid custom suit made for our wedding, everyone was so helpful and so professional. The suit was incredible and exactly what we were looking forward to, couldn't ask for anything more. All the groomsmen also purchased their suits from here absolutely amazing

Purchased a three piece suit from Westfield Shepherd’s Bush branch, very attentive and eager to sell, my husband had to have it adjusted which took three times forward and back to the shop, the sale was made on 4//8/24 and we finally picked it up on the 12:9/24 all wrapped up ready to go and partly our fault for not opening up but we were going on holiday on the following day, but when my husband went to put it on for our tuxedo night there was no waistcoat and no pocket decor, upon return we have contacted the store all denied it came with a waistcoat, so we paid a lot of money for a two piece tuxedo suit with no waistcoat or a Cumberband that would be used instead !!! Absolutely disgusting ripping people off

Understanding your Customers needs, goes a long way for repeat Business
Let's start with a positive, saw a great suit, loved it, it was perfect for my work needs. Alteration was needed on the trousers, inhouse tailor measured the alteration, had to pay extra express service, not a problem, had to wait about an hour to pick it up, not a problem. Paid for the suit and the express tailor alteration service then and there, not a problem. Having the tailor take the measurements of the alteration on the trousers and having the staff also there who are supposed to professionals in their own right, did not highlight to me this alteration would slightly alter the shape of the trousers. Once alternation was done, the trousers did not have the shape that I needed it to be. I advised the staff and the manager of the situation and where the additional adjustments were needed. The manager said that I had to pay additional funds to get the trousers altered, which was definitely a no go for me because this was not discussed with me before hand and this is definitely not an issue for me but for the manager the staff and the tailor. The manager's attitude is not what I will call customer focused, what they wanted, was me to get out of the shop as quickly as possible and they made this very clear. Instead of trying to actively listen to what I had to say and discuss with me and work out a win/win outcome. The managers approach was passive aggressive, arrogant in their attitude. I'm going to be very honest, what was with this passive aggressive approach trying to play out, pretending to be the victim?! I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience. This was my first visit at this shop and it will be definitely be my last visit at this shop. I will need to highlight to this to all my colleagues, my friends and my family, as it was a terrible experience for me. The suit that I purchased is now going to be donated to a charity shop, as it does not serve the purpose that I purchased it for.

As soon as I entered the store in Stratford, I was greeted by Rayyan who made the entire experience so enjoyable from start to finish.
I mentioned a few ideas/styles I had in mind and he showed suits that matched the exact description I gave him. I appreciated his expertise and excellent customer service, and will definitely be bring a few friends and family over to the store because of him.
He was also extremely respectful towards myself and my parents and did not try to up-sell us on things we weren't keen on. You've got an absolute gem in Rayyan, I hope this message gets back to him.
