Customer service is very poor and very rude-one off the staff she is very rude attitude and she’s continuously lying changing statements , I’m very disappointed I will not go again, I will no recommend to anyone to go there

Went in attracted by the 3 piece suit and tie offer £149.99 for a prom suit. Welcomed and helped try on various suits and sizes. On 2 occasions we asked for confirmation of the price. We were told £175 for a 3 piece suit. The jacket, waistcoat and trousers. We pointed out that was the price on the blazer and were assured it was the price of a 3 piece suit. The sales assistant confirmed this TWICE to us.
So when I went to pay and was told it was £320, I was taken aback. But in the 'moment' - proud Mum buying sons first suit, I went along with it. Pointing out quietly to the cashier that the sales assistant had told me twice a different price. She said he was new.
Today I went to collect the jacket and brought up the conversation calmly. I find it hard to swallow an extra £145 for lack of them training their staff. They abruptly told me it was his second day and not their fault. They didn't even apologise. So their wonderful tempting marketing deals are for the suits at the back of the shop - not the ones that the sales assistants offer you help with. As for service, great but only so they can get your money. After that incredibly rude and I will ensure never to go back or recommend to any others.

Who was helpful in his knowledge and expertise, ended up buying a 3 piece suit, shirt, tie, and pair of shoes. The young lady at the till was also friendly and welcoming..

You go through buying process in store then receipt is stamped saying no refunds or exchange, surely that contradicts consumer rights? My wife bought me a parka coat that’s not right for me ? Just wanted to exchange but was told NO😡😡😡😡

I went into Milton Keynes on 6th early to get hoodie, the staff was amazing and helpful. The atmosphere was good, music was really good. Thank you that first I been in that store and I will be returning and online purchasing. Thank you

My fiance and I visited the Stratford store looking for a suit for him for our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Jamal was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout helping with sizing and accessories. We bought a wedding suit and 3 jackets for the groomsmen. We left very happy and feeling like we got for a great price. Thanks Jamal!

Myself and my partner popped into Milano Couture and was seen to by Alexi, Honesty she made our experience one to remember. We was looking for styles that my partner would like for our wedding and chose this beautiful green suit that we had to just get.
She greeted us with a smile and warm embrace. She styled my partner with such confidence and finnese.
I don’t think I could have even styled him that well.
I literally love her just from that one encounter and will definitely go back to the Milton Keynes branch just to get that same service! We went to another branch in London and I have to say the experience was not the same and that’s because of her!

Thank you Alexi, I actually should have written this review months and months ago back in the summer but I still hadn’t forgotten about the service you gave us.

Received the best service at the milton keynes branch by Alexi, honestly made the whole process seamless and was very honest with her ideas and opinions which was very highly appreciated. hardest part of buying a suit is actually having the help in store by the employees this is something that kept me away from places like Suits direct and moss bros etc but looks like ive found my new suit shop! and big shoutout to Alexi for all the help big asset to the company!
