Great products and great quality. We had an issue with the delivery but that was DHL issue and not MDP supplies. Erin from MDP sorted the issue right away and helped me every step of the way. Will definitely purchase again.

1st class service, from MPD & when I had a small problem, Carly was straight on to it & got it sorted, not days weeks, sorted within hours.

I’ve been buying HTV materials from MDP Supplies for my business since I started in 2020, and until now they’ve been a regular supplier for the materials I use to make logos. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their customer service was absolutely horrendous. The way my issue was handled left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated. After being a customer for several years, I expected to be treated with more care and professionalism. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in the company, and I’ll be reconsidering whether to continue buying from them.

Amazing customer service! My first order with them had some damaged items due to wrong handling of the delivery company. My issue got resolved very quickly. I will continue doing business with them.

Ive used this company for quite a few years now and their service is always exceptional. Orders are always dispatched swiftly and if any issues occur the are quickly resolved. Fantastic service.

I've used MDP for the best part of 10 years, I'm yet to ever really have a bad experience with them.

Carly in Customer service was very good the problem is the courier service we have a 2 hour window it’s now out of that window still not here we have had this before and it didn’t come until the following day. Not very helpful when we are waiting for the stock to complete a job

Great customer service

First time buying from MDP Supplies. Found exactly what I wanted for a very good price. Placed the order and item was despatched the same day. Unfortunately, the delivery company damaged my order.
I contacted MDP, who were absolutely brilliant about it.
Asked me to try fitting it first, and when this wasn't possible, they immediately sent out a full replacement.
Couldn't ask for better customer service than that!
No quibbles or excuses, what a refreshing change 🙂

Have been using MDP for 12yrs now,I can honestly say my business would be lost without this company.I order 2/3times a week & always have my delivery the following morning not many companies off this quick service.
From the lads in portadown to customer service they are all a pleasure to deal with, especially Carly many times I have rang to add stuff into my order & ask about stock and Carly is so professional & helpful on the phone.

i had a problem and they fixed it right away. Great service.

I had to contact customer service today as my parcel had not been delivered. A courier fault was to blame. Carly to the time to listen and understand the problem and said she would ring them and get straight back to me. She did just that and the problem was resolved.

I was struggling to find the correct part for y Silhouette Cameo 4, and MDP support kindly offered to send one for postage cost only. How cool is that?!

Terrible company avoid at all costs!

They allow staff to sell faulty products to customers and then refuse to replace of refund as they say it wasn’t invoiced. This is despite having the staff details, dates and times of transactions. Definitely avoid this unethical company.

The director invited me to settle the matter in court. Says it all!

As always, Erin at MDP is a pleasure to deal with. An issue with DHL delivery was soon resolved. Great company to deal with.

I needed to order some ultra black vinyl Erin was a massive help talking through the options and sending images of the swatch options to save time so I could make a decision quickly, fantastic customer service as always.

Every time I call this company I am met with polite and most importantly knowledgeable staff. 5 Stars.

This is a great business for all of your vinyl needs but their customer service is terrible, they are so rude & unhelpful, when you ring them it sounds like they are in their livingroom with tv going in the background, very disappointed as you never able to speak with your local store only some very rude advisors
