These services are not covered by insurance and the affordability for me helps my patients get great prices for their treatment! MedicaDepot is a company you can trust. I've ordered from companies with delayed to no response on shipping or delays. This company provides shipping status, a point of contact for your orders (who also responds in a timely manner) and provides options for when orders get "lost" the infamous fedex (another story). I will stay with this company from here on out. Just wish I would have found them sooner. Thanks for great customer service! Above and beyond.

Prices are reasonable
Prices are reasonable. Sometimes packaging is damaged in shipping which makes me uncomfortable at this price point

The order rarely just goes thru
The order rarely just goes thru. There is some sort of message that an item is still in the cart, or you were unable to process the order. Also, the last delivery didn’t come when it was supposed to, so it sat out in the extreme heat. I tried to contact the company and they minimize my concern, saying the product would be fine.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was delivered in just 4 days, which is well within our standard delivery timeframe of 7–10 business days. Based on the tracking information, your package was continuously in transit and was not sitting in one location for an extended period. Because of this, we're not sure what you mean by it sitting out in extreme heat.
Regarding the issue you experienced while placing your order online, it sounds like there may have been a technical glitch during checkout. Had this been brought to our attention, we would have been more than happy to investigate the issue and escalate it to our technical team to ensure it was resolved.

We understand your concern. The powder can sometimes appear to be a very small amount, and the physical appearance or size of the powder is not always an indication of the number of units contained in the vial.
Please rest assured that each vial is filled according to manufacturer's specifications and undergoes quality control procedures to ensure it contains the labeled 100 units. While the powder may appear minimal before reconstitution, this is normal and does not indicate that the vial contains less product.
