I did not receive my order
I did not receive my order. I emailed with the team and relayed the week would be present to receive the order. It came the week prior. The delivery person did not work with us to ensure proper deliver and now I have no idea where the product is located.

While we do our best to assist our customers throughout the shipping process, the courier and delivery personnel operate independently from our company, and unfortunately we do not have control over their delivery procedures or scheduling. If a package has been delivered but cannot be located, this would need to be addressed directly with the courier.
Our standard shipping timeframe is 7–10 business days, and while we can provide estimates and tracking information, we are unable to control the exact delivery date within that window, as it is ultimately determined by the courier.

2 shipments arrived warm so the product was deemed ineffective and took forever to arrive…. Let’s see if the 3rd times a charm but I highly doubt it… also the packaging is SO difficult to open. There’s many layers and it’s erratically taped on there that it takes a lot of effort to open the whole package

As the weather becomes warmer, we do our best to ensure that the appropriate amount of cooling packaging is included with every shipment.

While we take every precaution when preparing shipments, the delivery timeframe itself is determined by the courier, and unfortunately we do not have control over transit times once the package has been shipped.

Although your website said you had terzepitide and retatrutide, after ordering, I was told there was no available retatrutide and it would be available after a few weeks. Unfortunately that was not true.
