It would have been 5 stars as the service you provided was exceptional.
Unfortunately your professional services have been somewhat tarnished by your chosen courier DHL. Sadly it has been the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Not only was the delivery delayed by a full 24 hours, trying to track and secure a delivery slot proved impossible, despite contacting them by phone (recorded message), email and again by phone to an actual person twice.
I would encourage you to use a more reliable courier such as DPD, who have always provided a very good experience when delivering to my home.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Ian. We’re really pleased to hear that you found our service exceptional, but we’re very sorry that your experience with DHL fell so far below the standard we expect.
We completely understand your frustration, particularly after experiencing a 24-hour delay and then being unable to get a clear delivery update or secure a suitable delivery slot despite contacting DHL several times. We appreciate how disappointing this must have been, especially when the order itself was handled well by our team.
We’re sorry that the courier service has impacted your overall experience with us. We’ll certainly pass your feedback on to our delivery team, including your comments regarding DPD, as we have a yearly review of the courier services we use.
Thank you again for your kind comments about our service and for bringing the delivery issues to our attention.
Kind Regards,

Good product
Good product, reasonably priced, promptly delivered. Only criticism is that there are not enough instructions for correct positioning and tightness.
