DO NOT BUY FROM MEDSCOPE!! AVOID!!
Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs!!!
I have ordered a Stethascope from Medscope worth £98 two weeks ago which has not yet arrived. It has shown as delivered but to where??!
No telephone number provided on their website, only an email address which I have sent a weeks worth of emails to with no response. I have used their 'contact us' page which again, no response.
After using Google to find a phone number for Medscope and finally getting through, the lady on the telephone hung up the phone mid-sentence of me explaining my situation. No call back was received.
DO NOT BUY FROM MEDSCOPE!! AVOID!!

I am sorry for the problems with your order.
The tracking on your order shows that when Royal Mail attempted delivery at your address, the order was refused. The tracking also shows that the parcel is being returned back to the Medscope Medical Supplies premises.
We received your emails and all of them were replied to- we could not telephone you, as you sadly did not leave a contact telephone number when you placed the order.
We do not advertise a telephone number on the Medscope website, as it is an e-commerce platform- all orders are placed via the website, and all communication is via email- this helps to keep our costs low, and we can then pass these savings to our customers and list products at a lower price than other distributors- saving you money!
The company you called was not Medscope Medical Supplies, so I cannot comment on the call that you had with their Customer Service Advisor.
After leaving this review, you replied to one of the emails that we sent to you regarding your order, and asked for the order to be re-sent to you- which we have done.
We feel that this 1 Star review of Medscope Medical Supplies is very unfair- we have done nothing wrong.
I) Royal Mail attempted delivery of your order- it was refused.
I) The parcel was returned to us- we contacted you to re-arrange delivery.
I) All of your emails were replied to.
I) We have re-sent the order to you - at no extra cost to you.

Medscope provided an excellent service. I was easily able to find the product I needed, it was very reasonably priced and easy to order. Once ordered, I immediately received confirmation of the order, dispatch information and an estimated delivery date. My item arrived within 48 hours, was exactly as advertised, good quality and in good condition.

Great service so far
Ordered an item which was not correct. Refund processed very quickly after short exchange with Susan. She was courteous and very prompt even though the question was raised on a Sunday night. Not used the antigen test that was also ordered, and correctly delivered, but I am assured by this experience that the service for that will be very good.

Still waiting for delivery
I ordered the item, it still has not arrived. I have had to email the company as there has been no communication on their part. To be told they are awaiting confirmation of delivery. I have been given no update, no idea when or if there is a delay in them receiving their delivery to deliver the item to me.
