It is so great to not have to go on every page one at a time and post content and to instead to it in one place and be able to see my insights on my content too. It is user friendly, and the customer support is very quick to answer any questions!

Very quick to respond, their posts appear very professional, and easy to contact. The only side that could have some improvement is sending their invoices out in a more timely fasion.

Almost seamless social media management. The alterations needing to be made for Instagram formatting through SOCi can be a bit difficult but the scheduled posting is wonderful.
