Purchased the probiotic face cream in July and quite liked it for its moisturising quality. However, by mid October it started to smell really off and rancid like it was rotten. Some days it would have brown clear liquid floating at the top. Didn’t want to be putting potentially rotting stuff on my face so I Contacted customer service and their response was to use creams within 6 months of opening (which was within date for my cream) and if it gets contaminated or smells funny, to replace it. Interesting response given one jar is $48! I had used barely one third of the jar..

I tried the green tea cleanser and it burned around my eyes. The probiotic moisturizer left my skin tight and dry. The lavender balm smells really good, but it was grainy. The lemon deodorant smells like a strong cleaning spray. It did not irritate my skin and I’m usually very sensitive to deodorant with baking soda. The smell is just way to strong for me and my kids.
They sent me two emails to review their products within a week of receiving their products. They offer 20-25% discount for reviews with photos or videos. I didn’t feel comfortable posting my face online. I gave my honest opinion and my reviews were not posted. Which leads me to believe they only post positive reviews. So be careful buying from them.

I haven’t even received my products yet, but the communication has been fantastic. They even rung me to notify that a product I chose had an ingredient that I’m allergic to (avocado) and recommended something else. Amazing customer service! I can’t wait to try out the goodies.

I purchased the sunscreen spf 50. Order communication and delivery was great. The product has a fairly neutral smell too. My lower rating is due to the very greasy feel and look of it on the skin. I wouldn’t purchase again for this reason and it didn’t seem worth the effort and expense to inquire about a refund, which as per their policy is at their discretion and buyer pays postage.

A beautiful, Aussie business with products that we recommend to all our friends. I especially like that it’s pregnancy friendly and has no nasties for teens just starting out in skincare. Highly recommend Melvory!

I recently received an order from Melody. The packing was so beautiful, each of my items were safely packaged in leaving them in perfect condition for me. All of the products I ordered look amazing. After using each one my skin feels so great and all the products being cruelty free adds to the benefits. Overall Melvory has great service.

Worst customer service. All reviews of their products seem over-hyped. I really wanted to love the products but was let down by their customer service team. Don’t recommend.

I love These products, my skin has never felt so smooth and nourished, I have only been using them for a short time, but already I am getting compliments regarding how lovely and smooth my skin looks, from my friends.
I also love the fact with each order I am helping kids in Africa, and love all the natural ingredients that go into each product

I got the baby sleep balm and it worked perfectly :) they also sent the item really fast! Not sure if all their products work but mine did.
