I needed a replacement wedding ring

I needed a replacement for the wedding band that I recently lost. I spoke with Jan Lopez (customer care agent) and she arranged for me to get the platinum ring I wanted in a 7.75 size with a specific inscription. Jan was pleasant and extremely helpful. She followed up with an e-mail letting me know when the ring was being crafted and sent. The ring is excellent. I am extremely happy with Mene and with the excellent customer service. I highly recommend considering Mene if you are looking for a special purchase.

First purchase a winner!

The weight of my pretty bumblebee was more than I expected. Even though small, I could still see the details well. It stands out on my neck. Im already eyeing 3 more mene pieces. This was my first. I'm very pleased.

Missing Earring, ping pong emailling...no accountability

Satisfied returning customer until then, ordered earrings (which comes in pair) and another item, was missing an earring when the parcel got delivered, both parties (FedEx/Mene) threw the ball at eachother, so much for "insured shipping"! The best proof of being genuine is that I ordered the missing earring to finally get this gifted to the person concerned...
Hell I even paid shipping for a second time, was offered nothing in compensation aside from empty excuses, way to go!
Also ask for shipping on separate bill since at the Canadian customs they include shipping fees into the final calculus which is a fraud...
For the wealthy customer out there, don't trust online/delivrery, great products for sure so attend "in person" event that Mene propose or if they eventually open physical store because when you count on carriers, you will be always the one liable,
150$ waisted to know i will be let down, can't imagine a scenario where a customer gets a cuban link chain lost or anything in the five digit bracket, milking customer isn't the best long term tactic to retain them

Amazon do refund or replace stolen/lost parcel, I benefited from this even with a triple digit order of casual products, not high-end jewelry, you guys are better off buying bullion in a coin store, way less hassle and better cost per ounce.

Edit: after readings other bad reviews, i see that im not the only one who was missing an item when order came throught, i did purchase again what's missing because i know in advance that Mene is poorly treating their returning customer, also 25% tarifs +regular canadian customes taxes are overkill especially when you arent to blame, they should compensate for their incompency in house or look to enhance the shipping service, there is better company than FedEx for this matter; DHL is one of them...

Nothing was found during the investigation into the loss of your earring to warrant the claim of material loss. Your order was determined to have been packed and shipped correctly.

Shipping insurance does not cover losses reported more than three days after delivery, as indicated in our Terms of Service. Yet you reported the missing earring two weeks after it was delivered. Still, we reviewed the security footage of your order being packed and opened an investigation with FedEx into its shipping, as we wanted to help you in the event of an error.

You decided not to wait for the associated investigations to be completed and asked to purchase a replacement earring. We crafted a custom earring for you and shipped it directly to you without incident.

Great company

I have ordered a couple pieces from Mene and every time I have ordered, the customer service and quality have been exceptional. My experience with Mene has been great.

Exceptional Quality

The quality of the bracelet I ordered was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The cool thing is they price all products at the spot value of the metal plus 30% which is their margin. I get that every business needs to make money so I am okay with that. This is luxurious gold jewelry so if you want to invest in bullion this is not the place. But they do buy back your jewelry and they track the value of it on your account dashboard.

Listen please!

I have ordered pendants and rings from Mene. They need to understate the weight of items as it is always a disappointment to get less than the stated weight. Err on the side of giving the customer slightly more than under. Many have complained about this. Also, the bales on the pendants are too small so you are forced to wear a very thin chain, which isn't secure and you risk losing the whole necklace. Perhaps they want everyone buying only their chains which also have broken as stated by many! 24k is too soft for a thin chain. I want to wear it with a chain of my choice which I already have or want to purchase. Mene, if you don't listen to the customers, you will lose customers and leave money behind on the table. Why aren't you listening??

False Advertising

False Advertising – Avoid This Seller

I was sold jewelry advertised as [24K], but a trusted jeweler confirmed it's no more than 22K. Customer service denied it and closed my ticket without resolution. Completely dishonest—not recommended.

Platinum St. Benedict medal

I ordered the platinum St. Benedict medal. It is very well made and looks great on a small platinum chain or a cord. I had been looking at this for years and finally decided to purchase. Cool idea to invest in metals and be able to use it at the same time. Shipping was pretty fast for a made to order item. I had it in about a week and a half. Great company to deal with. I will be ordering again in the future. Thank you.

Love Mene but weights are always under

Love Mene but also mixed on the under weight policy, especially the crafted items. I have had great customer service interactions, timely shipping, and overall craftsmanship is great. I have purchase 3 items from Mene and been happy with my purchases. The reason for the 2 star deduction is the under/over policy on the purchased price of an item. It states an item could be 0.5 grams under the purchased price for stocked items and up to 1 gram on hand crafted items. Both stocked items I purchased were close to .5 under and the crafted item was 0.9 grams under. At the current price, it’s almost $200 of gold that was paid for and not received. The policy does state this but to have all three items barely under the maximum under weight is a little suspect. Overall happy with my purchase but just beware you probably going to get short the maximum tolerance weight.

Platinum mariner chain ring

Like my new ring. It's the third ring I bought from Mene, and quality of craftsmanship visibly improved. Few things I want to address, weight and size.
At order price was calculated for weight of 11.67 g, actual weight received (certificate of authenticity) 11.2 g. I think almost .5 g overpay hurt costumers wallet and company credibility. In my opinion, price should be recalculated for final product.
Size - with 3 rings I ordered none came with right size.
