Last week I had my, new to me, SL63 Ultimate delivered to me. The car was beautifully prepared and looked superb. This is a very complex car and the delivery driver did not really have the time to do a handover as he had to drive my trade-in back to Taunton, a three hour trip.
The lovely Pash did his best to talk me through the finer points on the car on the phone but with the benefit of hindsight, it needed a one on one session in the car - for an hour or two.

Following my review, MB Taunton have been in touch and prepared an extremely useful video that shows a comprehensive explanation of the features of the car. My thanks to Ben for this and I'm happy now to upgrade my rating to 5 stars. Great service.

Purchased a new car. Impressed by the high level of expertise by the sales team especially Phil Cole. We appreciated Phil taking the time to understand our needs and preferences...very patient with our long list of questions !! Never any hard sales pressure to buy. Informative and very good knowlwdge of the vehicle. Very happy with the attention to detail when picking up our car for the first time.

Had my ml serviced and MOT done by Taunton was handled by Roger in service department he was very friendly and helpful . Would recommend going there.

On arrival at the showroom we were met by the lovely Sommer & for her young years she was the friendliest & most knowledgeable in every aspect of the hand over, then SURPRISE we had the unveiling of our new car which was a lovely moment & done in a very friendly professional manner! A big thank you to all the lovely staff on the day & may I just add that Sommer is a credit & asset to Mercedes Taunton so thank you once again Sommer for a great experience on the day.

Whilst visiting Plymouth on a weekend break my steering broke and we were stranded five hours from home. MB squeezed us in at very short notice and manged to get us back on the road the next day. The service from start to finish was professional and courteous and they understood how desperate we were being away from home. So grateful to you all. Thank you. Simon and Family.

Excellent service as usual, i can not fault from arrival , front sign in to collection from the service management , friendly service staff always ready to assist, you feel a personal service from the whole team.

Took my car along for some minor work. The free vehicle health check was quite excellent and the team were brilliant in explaining it to me.

Dropped the car off as arranged and seen by a service representative fairly quickly. Received a call around 1.00 advising that the car was ready to collect
The only negative thing was that the garage no longer offers a shuttle service into Plymouth and you are left devices to find a bus to take you there and back

Very good service. The staff very friendly and kept me informed of my vehicles progress so I did not have to wait around at all. Will definitely use them again.

As always the support from the Service Team was excellent, great welcome from the reception team and a particular thanks to Holly who went out of her way to help me resolve a minor issue. Can't praise her and her team enough, thank you!!!
