Great job! Nice quality shirts!

I know I did not buy bulk, sort of a test run, and understand the costs of production, but I am cost prohibited from purchasing additional services at this time in order to provide a reasonably priced product to my family, friends and fans.
And honestly, the product is working as intended, but is super thin, leading me to believe I overpaid.

I had never used Merchly before. When my band decided to have our EP burned, we chose Discmakers and discovered that they offered a deeply discounted T-shirt package through Merchly. At $4.99 per shirt (with 1 color printing), it was just too good to pass up. When the shirts arrived, the printing was top notch and everything looked fantastic. All through the process we had our own personal rep as well (Sydney Alston) who not only handled any questions I had about our disc artwork, etc., but who also answered any queries I had about our Ts and the artwork I had submitted for our merch. Having your own personal rep on-call to answer questions and assist with logistics and ordering is invaluable. So many companies today don't realize that it's not just about the product; it's also about the relationship. This is one of the big reasons we will be ordering from Discmakers and Merchly again. Thanks to Discmakers and Merchly for delivering a quality product and a big thank you to our rep for making the experience a positive one. We will be back.

I would like to give 5 Stars for the service and promptness. My reason for 3 Stars. The print was excellent however, I felt the shirt quality could be greatly improved. This is simply my humble opinion.

Our relationship started out kinda rough, they missed the production date promised and then had shipping issues. Working with John, we were able figure out the production issues and they worked hard to make it right. I will be ordering from them again as it says a lot that they owned the mistake and made it right.

I love your service, and I really love that you sometimes have specials for only getting like 5 or 10 shirts made for low cost. You are much more likely to get the little guys like me with those kinds of deals.

This is my fourth order with Merchly. I have had great experience in the past but this last order took nearly a month to get. It didn't ship until about a week and a half after the estimated delivery date. When I called to find out what was going on I was told it would be looked into and they would call me back but I never recieved a call back. I called to check on it again the next day and was told the production department made an error and that was why it was late but he was still unsure of the ship date. I was again told he would call me back and let me know but did not get a call back. Two days later they shipped and are supposed to be arriving tomorrow.
