Didn't come in time when finally arrived got disappointed..colors on the design are faded like when u wash the shirt 100 times. Will never order again ....

Merchly auto-ordered sizes for my dozen shirts (for the band). I got three of each (S-M-L-XL). S and M are useless to me.
Additionally, three of the 12 were bad: the colors were washed out looking. Merchly agreed to replace them...I am still waiting.

I wish there was little more communication. I asked for a specially made 7XL in addition to my order order of 200 shirts, and never heard back. Also was told the items should arrive on december 3rd, which they did not... but other than that I was pleased with the outcome and will use merchly again.

I recently submitted a small order of 50 shirts to Merchly, with a custom design of my own creation for my photography business. When one size of the shirts I selected was impossible to come by, I was immediately given a phone call by Dave, and he went over the options I had to correct the issue. Their customer service was fantastic, the product I ordered was just as I designed, and my overall experience with Merchly is a 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I LOVE the hoodies we got made with my daughter’s album cover on the front and back of the album on the back! High quality SOFT material. I have washed it twice and it holds up well ( wash it inside out). I would recommend this company! Sizes are generous.

I am shocked at the quality and speed my order was processed and delivered.
I barely had time to sit down from ordering and heard the truck arrive. Of course that's exaggerated but not far from the truth.
I was worried the artwork might not transfer properly, but I love it. They couldn't have got it more right. Only time will tell how the supporters feei. Any fault observed would be on my end.

I am not at all satisfied with my experience. I sent a picture of what we wanted on the shirts. And was assured that it wouldn’t be a problem. After I paid for the order. I began getting Emails that they couldn’t use the picture. So, either myself or my Promoter sent several versions of the picture. After about a week or so . They were finally able to use one. At that point I sent several emails to see if everything was ok? And that it would still be done by the agreed date. I never received a response. The shirts were delivered on time. But, they weren’t like we ordered. If they had answered my emails or sent me a proof of the shirt for approval. Then I could have made them aware of the issue. And now it’s too late to correct the problem. As I need them for tomorrow. I’m very disappointed in the over all customer service.

Ordered customized face masks recently. High quality materials, nice print job, easy online design. Also had good luck designing and ordering t-shirts at a very good price a couple years ago!

Our facemasks were delivered on time and looked exactly Like they did in the online design app!

Order was easy to place, and arrived a week ahead of the promised date.

I am very satisfied with the product that I purchased from Merchly.

Tee shirt quality was very thin material. I had asked for the hemisphereband.com imprint on the back to be reduced by 50% in size it was not.

Website isn't very clear, turn around times are longer than I would have thought, requesting to actually communicate with someone from the company returns no response. But when you get your product, it looks great! So I guess that's the most important thing.

all shirts as far as material are great but the logo is slightly crooked, quite a bummer really.

I ordered my t-shirts through the website, it was easy to navigate and edit the shirt. I loved the ease of set up and ordering. I asked a question and received a prompt answer and was very pleased with the ordering process. Once I received my order, I was very surprised at the quality of the t-shirt and the design for such a low price (and free shipping). I would recommend Merchly to anyone in need of shirts for any occasion.
