Currently in the process of buying a new build as first time buyers, and Meridian Mortgages were recommended to us. We had an extremely bad experience with this company. It took months for the affordability assessment due to John incorrectly inputting figures, lack of communication and general incompetence. We had to lead on the assessment and it ended up costing over £200 as the excessive time the assessment took necessitated having to renew the valuation on the property that was being sold. Even the housing provider said they had to provide retraining on the criteria of the affordability assessment. We could not be more unimpressed.

Vicki was amazing! So helpful throughout the process of buying and first home and will definitely be rushing back when we need her advice and help again! Thank you Vicki :)
