Merkx have been great 2 deal with. I had some wty issues with my MX05 & they were more than helpful & fast. I've since needed some parts 4 my mates S600 & my MX05 & they were right on it.

Wanted something for beach paths and the odd trail. My Merkx e-bike has been perfect. Stable, comfy and the battery still has juice after long rides. Free shipping and the helmet included made it an easy choice.

I am not super handy but assembly was straightforward. Had a tiny part question and Megan from Merkx posted a replacement right away. Took about two weeks to arrive like they said. Ride quality is better than I expected at this price. Thank you!

Swapped the train for an e-bike and it has been unreal. The assist makes headwinds a non issue and I get to work quicker. The bike feels sturdy and the battery life so far has been more than enough for my week. Would buy again.

I ride a mix of bike paths and gravel…
I ride a mix of bike paths and gravel on weekends and my new Merkx bike handles both really well. Plenty of grunt on climbs and the brakes feel confident. I had one small question during setup and support got back to me fast Two year warranty gives peace of mind.

Picked up Merkx's S600 and I am loving…
Picked up Merkx's S600 and I am loving it. Solid build and a comfy ride. Battery easily gets me through my commute with some hills and the motor feels smooth not jerky. Shipping was quick and the free helmet was a nice touch. Great value for the price.
