HORRIBLE APP!

HORRIBLE APP!! Microsoft Store(the app that comes with it on there to search for apps and games) keeps INSTANTLY FREEZING up when searching for the Roblox-Windows app causing me to terminate the app in the process. NEVER AGAIN!! I uninstalled the Microsoft Store app for this reason.

La pire commande de ma vie !

La pire commande de ma vie !! tout est dis dans les différents avis que malheureusement je n ai pas lus avant de commander ! je ne pensais pas que microsoft pouvais être aussi NUL! Le 25/09 je commande une xbox série x galaxy et une batterie manette livraison estimée le 30/09 , le 26/09 la batterie est expédié et j attend le 30/09 pour demander pour la console donc là on me dis pas avant minimum le 8 octobre donc trop long pour moi je veux annuler pour la console ! annulation impossible car la batterie qui était aussi avec la commande de la console a été expédié donc on ne peut pas annuler que la console !! Microsoft qui te dis ça ! Déjà dans le droit français de la consommation nous avons bien le droit d annuler un article qui n’a pas été expédié et c’est tout ! hallucinant donc litige paypal ouvert et le pompom de tout ça UPS qui pour la batterie est incapable de me livrer (2 tentatives de livraisons et je travaille à mon domicile ) donc moi j attend cette batterie pour vite la renvoyer à microsoft pour pouvoir annuler la commande et surtout maintenant qu ils ne m’expédient pas la console car quand je vois que UPS n est pas capable aussi de te livrer!!! c’est la première fois aussi que je vois ça! Donc au final: Pas de console, envoi de recommandé à microsoft, litige paypal ! et j attends de clôturer ce remboursement !! entre temps les abonnements xbox ont doublés donc on va aller chez la concurrence
Donc comme cité dans les avis OUBLIEZ MICROSOFT ils s‘engraissent et ce foute des clients !!

Crap, crap, crap

Look to the Savannah Bananas for customer appreciation. Look to the Microsoft store for telling customer your worthless. Crappy software is crappy software even if it is a few dollars. Never again.
It's not worth my time. I used lots of shareware sites. Microsoft App Store is the worst of the worst.

Veramente una vergogna

Veramente una vergogna. Ho acquistato recentemente un gioco da 80€ e mi si blocca in continuazione. Si chiama l'assistenza e ti dicono una marea di cose che puntualmente non funzionano.

Anche con altri giochi mi si piantano in continuazione. Scongliatissimo.

Case # ******9710

Case # 7084139710 - Missing Keyboard for Order # ******1863
On Aug 8th 2025, I purchased a Surface Pro laptop, along with the matching keyboard and pen Order # ******1863. The package was delivered by UPS on Aug 12th 2025. Upon opening the shipment, I immediately discovered that the keyboard, a separate item valued at nearly $300, was missing from the box. All items were supposed to be shipped together in a single package.
Within hours of delivery on Aug 12th 2025 I contacted Microsoft Support to report the missing item. A case was opened for me Case # ******9710. I complied fully with the agent's instructions, providing photographs of the received products (Surface Pro), the interior packaging, the shipping box, and shipping material to demonstrate the keyboard was not included.
My case was escalated, and I was told I would hear back in a few days. On Aug 15th 2025 I was informed via email my case number was under further review. Now, seven days later, I have received another email with a request for additional photographs of the original large box my order was shipped in, which I no longer possess. This is an unreasonable request, as I have already provided comprehensive visual evidence immediately after the incident when the packaging was available.
The Surface Pro is functionally incomplete without its keyboard. I have paid for a product I have not received, and the delays in resolving this are unacceptable.
Furthermore, I have multiple Microsoft accounts. Ironically, upon calling back in on Aug 19th 2025, about case # ******9710, the account I made this purchase under will no longer allow me to access the account. Microsoft is forcing me to create another account.
I have been a patient and loyal Microsoft customer, but this experience has been highly disappointing.

Microsoft generally should just shut down

Like Seriously let's just be honest this company should just go out of business I mean it should just shut down for good take this example I was downloading am app called ubisoft connect so that I can play siege it took like 45 more tries just to install it and am not lying I was counting amd it was 45 tries and once it Installed it never worked properly it kept on kicking me out on its own j couldn't even create an account like I had to go on Google just so i could download the same app and yet you claim to have the same features as Google or even better no you do not Google is a million times better than you just shut down the buisness and never reopen a Microsoft buisness ever again I hope this reiveiw would be put in to consideration and I have a million more reasons why this app is shit thank you have the worst rest of your days ever good bye

Noch nie so einen schlechten Store…

Noch nie so einen schlechten Store gesehen, was die Downloadgeschwindigkeit angeht. 500k Leitung kommen auch 500k an, bei Steam oder Epic Games braucht ein 100 GB Download 30-60 Minuten, bei Microsoft 5 Stunden. Wie zum Teufel ist das möglich? Es ist gottlos schlecht, der Download stagniert so häufig wie bei keinem anderen Store. Wäre der Müll nicht kostenlos, dann würde ich gerne mein Geld zurückhaben.

Top Elendig service og super ærgeligt det en standard for windows. Jeres Apps, Hjemmeside og support har ingen funktionel nytte. Jeg kan kun logge ind på appen og der virker ting som indløs nøgler ikke. Jeg kan ikke logge ind på min rigtige microsoft konto da jeg ikke har adgang til min gamle mail som blev brugt som backup. Det så nu den man bruger til at kontakte på hvilket er hjernedødt igen. Microsoft er en elendig service

Zumutung!

Nach der Installation von Microsoft Windows ist die automatische Aktualisierung im Microsoft Store standardmäßig aktiv. Ungefragte Automatismen kann ich gar nicht leiden. Muss also immer manuell deaktiviert werden.

Früher war es gang und gebe, die Verlinkung der installierten Apps immer wieder mal woanders zu setzen. Aktuell gibt es dafür nun den "Downloads" Button links unten.

Downloads und Aktualisierungen sind grundsätzlich gähnend langsam. Hängen sich beim downloaden auf, oder werden aktualisiert, aber optisch bleiben sie in einer Schleife hängen (wird nicht als fertig angezeigt). Wird der Microsoft Store selbst aktualisiert, crashen gerne alle anderen Aktualisierungen, da der Microsoft Store einfach neu startet, und aktive Aktualisierungen cancelt.

Aktuell kann ich keine Rezensionen in der Microsoft Store App schreiben. Versuche ich eine App über den Browser auf der Microsoft Store Seite zu Bewerten, werde ich auf die Microsoft Store App auf den PC umgeleitet, und kann auf einmal die App bewerten!? Schikane? Oder nur umständlich? Oder gar bewusst umständlich gemacht?

Auch witzig, der Microsoft Store und die Windows Update Routine stören sich gegenseitig. Aktualisiert der Windows Store Apps, hängt das Windows Update. Läuft ein Windows Update, bricht der Microsoft Store gerne mit einer Fehlermeldung die App Aktualisierungen ab. Funny.

I bought surface laptop and keyboard on…

I bought surface laptop and keyboard on May 18, 2025. Since the keybard is small for my external monitor, I returned the keyboard back to Microsoft store on May 29th. I wait untill June 17th, no response from Microsoft and no refund. I chatted with sale rep. on line and told me the refund should be within 3 to 5 business day. I waited until June 26th, no refund. Then I chatted on line again, had another case and told me 3 to 5 business day. Waited until today July 2nd, no refund. Call the service number answer by rep. from India, She is fine but nothing she can do but send e-mail to other department to escclate the case and hope get their attention to process the refund. I am so frustrated and thinking file complain to comsumer affair or BBB. I am advising when you purchase anything from the store makesure you are not going to return the product, since it will waste a lot of time and frustrating. If Microsoft store refund department see this review the case # is 7079682898 and todsy's case # is 7079775750.

Pour une compagnie multimilliardaire on s'attendrait à ce que leur site fonctionne correctement au moins, mais les milliardaires sont trop occupés à s'éclater dans les soirées de P-Diddy pour s'occuper de leurs produits.

Stream wouldn't download - waste of money

Terrible. I paid for a film stream through Microsoft store, and it wouldn't load. They took my money anyway though! There is no straightforward way to complain, and no way to request a refund.
I wish I'd read the reviews first! Don't use this service - there are other, much more reliable ones.

Barely functioning

Updates rarely work (u have to install the whole thing again),downloads crash every 100MB,customere service is an automated responce to recreate the problem and once you do they don't reply.
