débits intempestifs (douteux ?) de ma carte bancaire

quand mon petit-fils joue à Minecraft avec mon PC il arrive assez souvent que des achats accidentels se fassent. Microsoft en rembourse un certain nombre mais une fois atteint un quota il n'y a plus de remboursement. Le problème c'est que j'ai un abonnement Office et donc ma carte bancaire est enregistrée chez eux. Malheureusement Microsoft ne demande aucune confirmation d'achat et débite tout de suite la CB. La seule solution rapide est d'annuler l'abonnement Office pour pouvoir supprimer la CB enregistrée. Pour moi celà est un manquement grave dans leur procédure. Est-ce voulu ... ? Microsoft prétend que l'on peut (dans une appli ?) changer celà mais pourquoi n'y a t'il pas ce contrôle d'achat par défaut, c'est aberrant. A voir sur certains sites (Xbox ...) beaucoup de personnes sont confrontées à ces débits intempestifs !

Téléchargermment ULTRA LENT alors que…

Téléchargermment ULTRA LENT alors que je suis en filière avec ma fibre bridé comme pas possible pour installer sea of thieves un jeux de 120go sur steam je mettrait 10minute en filière sur mircrosoft store je passe mon après midi sur l installation dans les paramètres de l application ta 4 onglets qui se court après tu peut rien modifier bref au bout de 2heures d installation j était a 46% j ai annuler et laisser tomber je croit je vais carrément racheter le jeux sur steam pour pouvoir l installer, bref c est honteux de mangez notre connexion comme ça sur un téléchargement je reviendrait plus vers vous ou sur un jeux Microsoft avant d acheter j y penserait à deux fois.

Es una porquería

Es una porquería, no sirve para nada, no puedo descargar nada, porque da "error", y microsoft no responde, tras que pago el plan, no dan atención, tienen puros problemas de pesima programación

Onmogelijk om de Store te openen of in te loggen

Telkens bij het opstarten van mijn laptop gaat het als volgt:
1. Microsoft store wil alles behalve openen en blijft laden op hetzelfde scherm
2. Absoluut geen internet problemen of dergelijke
3. Controle op de volledige laptop uitvoeren, zonder resultaat te zien
4. Herstellen of resetten van de cache levert helemaal niks op, hierbij opent de store maar kan ik absoluut niet inloggen. Het blijft zoals de store ervoor gewoon urenlang laden
5. Kan nergens anders kijken voor het op te lossen, alle updates zijn gedaan, zelf drivers dat sws geen probleem waren

Wat men allemaal niet zelf moet uitzoeken om een stomme app te laten werken. Ik ga niet elke dag meer dan een uur wachten totdat de app beslist om te gaan werken om simpelweg een spel te kunnen opstarten. Ik kan de launcher van de spellen niet openen of laten inladen als de fout ligt bij het inloggen met de microsoft store. Het kost zoveel tijd en energie om terug bij hetzelfde resultaat uit te komen dat de app gewoon niet werkt.

McAfee informs me the download had a virus.
Was informed by McAfee that the file had a Virus. Bought and paid for MSFT Publisher 2021, and when I tried to download the file, behold there was a virus detected and I was blocked from loading it. What a waste of time and money - these guys should be shut down and had I looked at this reviewing site, I would never have bought from them.

I have some I.T. experience. I needed a "Mouse Jiggler" app. I bought the app off the Microsoft store for $5. The app was not downloading upon purchase. I troubleshooted the system for est. 180 minutes. I'm pretty sure I will never be able to access and use the software I paid them for. I am very frustrated because they're failing at the minimum viable product of an entire widget store ($5 utility widgets).

They scam customers at the microft store. They sell games that crash and don't work and you don't get your money back. Criminals!

Awful. I have had a $200 gift card to this store for three years now and I can't believe how broken and sad the website is. Outdated and very specific accessories and very few of them. Not user friendly to navigate. I bought some TV show downloads just to try to use a bit of the gift card and these are also not able to cast to TV. The microsoft store is embarrassing. I do not understand how it is this bad and for such a long period of time it seems to be getting worse. 0 out of 10 buy literally anywhere else.

if i could give it 0 i would. when you sign in and get your password wrong it says to try again. then when you get it right it says there was an error something went wrong but downloads the thing you are going for. this thing is a piece of poo and should have a lot of work put into it.

The most un-usable piece of big Corp software.
The most un-usable piece of big Corp garbage that has ever been made. There are too many things that are horrendously wrong to enumerate them all. But one of them could be that when i press download IT ACTUALLY DOWNLOADS THE APP I WANT ? OR MAYBE THAT WHEN I ASK TO SEE THE DOWNLOAD PROGRESS IT SHOWS ME THE ACTUAL PROGRESS NOT SOME TINY 12x12 CIRCLE THAT FILLS UP AT THE PACE OF A HANDICAPED SNAIL ? The Microsoft store fails at everything it has been made for, and even fails at the things it hasn't been made for. Please someone save us of this era of private software.

Refund policy is a joke, "Significant amount of time" apparently means any time and "Limited number of returns per year" is apparently Zero. Attempted to return game after having for 2 days, initially refused on basis that I had too many refunds already, 0... there is no appeal possible to this decision. Contact customer service, who say no refund due to having used the game at all. Terrible service, and I am pretty sure

Would expect a billion+ dollar company would at least be able to download things without crashing and giving constant error codes with no fixes

On the rare occasion it works, it's awful. Slow, crashes. Why microsoft are trying to compete with the likes of the play store and apple store baffles me if this is their attempt.

Pre-ordered the series x 2tb console rang up and constantly got outsourced staff that don't know there job rolls and think they are the be all and end all when wanting to make a complaint, I really don't know who trains these people but that person needs sacking, disgusting customer service, I've been a customer since 1998 and I've never been treated so poorly. I urge all customers to avoid this section of Microsoft.

Microsoft's idea of progress is going backward.Yesterday, I purchase one time license of Office 2024 - so I thought!. To make a purchase, I logged in more than 16 times received as many pass codes and resets played countless robot game (despite the fact that I had passkey and should have used my fingerprint on the computer). Finally after downloading the Office I noted that it's Office 365 they have given me. I wouldn't touch Office 365 with a barge board, so not only they are stupid and rubbish in their service, they are crooks too (if behaving like one they must be one)

Hvis Microsoft kunne gøre deres software mere enkel, og ikke sende alle deres, reklamer, man skal nærmest være uddannet, inde for IT for at betjene sin computer, det gamle, Windows 1998 var bruger venlig, så alle kunne bruge sin computer, men nu er Microsoft, jo Amerikansk, og deres system er efter hånden kun for dem der er uddannelse inde for computerverden, så Alm. Mennesker ikke kan betjene, Microsft’s styre programmer.

Pésimo servicio post venta

Intenté sacar la factura de abono de lo productos que devolví y nadie ha sido capaz de facilitármela todavía. En el historial de pedidos tampoco aparece. Me pasaron de un departamento a otro, sin ofrecerme respuesta y sin hablar en castellano. No volveré a comprar un producto Microsoft.

Einfach nur Müll dieser Store

Einfach nur Müll dieser Store, kurz und knapp. Darum wird nie ein Spiel gekauft was für diesen Store direkt oder xbox ist.

Kaufe nur Steam, GOG usw. um welten besser. Funktioniert alles ohne Probleme ob Updates oder was weiß ich!

Store unübersichtlich und technisch katastrophal

Der Microsoft Store funktioniert leider überhaupt nicht. Thema: Microsoft Surface Tablet
- Bezahlvorgang bietet einige verschiedene Möglichkeiten - keine davon funktioniert
- Bezahlvorgang dauert 10 Telefonate und insgesamt eine Woche
- "Gerätemanager" unübersichtlich und intransparent
- Garantiefall / Rücksendung kann nicht eindeutig abgewickelt werden (Man muss sein Gerät erst nochmal registrieren! Man muss einen Kaufbeleg hochladen, obwohl man über den Bestellverlauf navigiert hat)
- bei Absenden von Service / Garantieformulare werden Reaktionen versprochen (24h, Email), die nicht eintreten (seit 3 Werktagen)
- über Telefon keine Hilfe

Ich werde vermutlich nie wieder ein Produkt von Microsoft kaufen, nur aufgrund des schlechten Shops, der Unübersichlichkeit und des nicht vorhandenen Services.

A fuir j ai commandé une manette x box élite jamais reçu le livreur a indiqué qu il me l a livré après plusieurs appels a la société de livraison il me dise l avoir livré a un voisin et ne veulent pas me dédommager ni m envoyé une preuve de leur erreur pour faire un recours a Microsoft ,moi j ai payé 170 euro a Microsoft qui ne veut rien savoir qu elle honte ,la dernière chose a faire était d aller porte plainte bref j ai laissé tombé je ne m attendais pas a ce périple avec une telle société ÉVITER DE COMMANDER CHEZ EUX ET PAR LA MÊME OCCASION CHRONOPOST AUSSI

Orribile! Primo e ultimo gioco che compro. una volta acquistato parto con il download e subito: "Si è verificato un errore. Siamo a conoscenza del problema e stiamo lavorando per risolverlo. Prova ad aggiornare o torna più tardi."
Il prodotto non funzionante, assistenza inesistente. Steam tutta la vita.

Awful
