größter schrott Installation von Spielen bereitet etliche Probleme und unendliche Wartezeiten und andauerndes abstürzen des Stores. Die Game Installer bsp. MinecraftLauncher verweisen mich ebenfalls auf Microsoft Store(seit den Aufkauf von Microsoft) wo es nur Probleme gib. Microsoft ist der letzte Dreck geworden und es geht anscheinend nur noch um Profit SIEHT alles Schick aus ist aber beschissen für jeden Gamer kann ich Nur Raten diese Rattenplattform zu vermeiden. Dazu kaufen sie Spiele auf und verteuern diese und statten die dann mit Updates aus die wie Hundescheisse sind

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. The thing won't update itself "something happened and we couldnt complete the update" 0/10. I hope one day you'll stop your bullcrap.

Forza Horizon 4 zur Installation gestartet und bei ca 80 gb abgebrochen. Wollte den Download am nächsten tag fortsetzten, nicht möglich!! Dieser Store/Spieleplattform ist die schlechteste, die ich je benutzt habe! Mein Puls steigt jedes mal wenn ich sie benutzen muss.

Ik probeer non-Microsoft software te installeren, maar dat kan niet: daarvoor MOET je Windows Updates aanzetten - en dat weiger ik, want IK bepaal wat er op mijn laptop komt; NIET Microsoft met al z'n nutteloze en geheugen-vretende games en gadgets.

Dit is wat mij betreft puur misbruik door deze monopolist.

Come ho potuto notare cercando su forum o leggendo altre recensioni microsoft store è inspiegabilmente lento con i download. Io non posso lasciare acceso il pc per letteralmente una giornata intera per non riuscire nemmeno a scaricare un gioco da poco più di 50 GB. Sono veramente deluso dal fatto che non si può far nulla per risolvere questo problema perchè provando a contattare l'assistenza anche loro non hanno risolto nulla.

Bought an app 'Onecalendar' based on the trial (limited features - ok ish) and description (best thing since sliced bread). It turned out to be worse than useless but I cannot get a refund. Never ever again. Outright thievery. The app seller says it is not down to them but Microsoft - but microsoft won't do anything about it. Surely this isn't legal?

I just pdated my windows 11 one day ago and a new security update blocked my laptop and i had no way to log in with my personal PIN, i had to reset the laptop deleteing all my apps, data and files only to get acces to my windows again.
This windows is full of trash updates, i hate it and i regret the day i bought it.

Bestellte mir ein xbox Headset sowie einen Controller, schön mit Guthaben auf dem Microsoft Konto bezahlt und ja, war vor 2 Wochen, angekommen ist noch nix. Hab den Kauf auch schon storniert und um Rückerstattung gebeten, Die Pakete liegen wohl noch immer irgendwo in einen Ups Lager in der Höhle von Mordor. Laut online Verfolgung seit 3 Tagen Etikett erstellt,. Toll ich weiss einfach nicht bin auch biss verzweifelt ob ich je mein Headset oder Controller erhalten werden oder mein Geld zurück. Wie kann man denn eigentlich als Milliardenschweres Unternehmen mit so Verbrecherbanden wie UPS zusammen arbeiten?

Nie wieder Kauf ich physische Objekte in einen online Shop schin gar nicnt wenn diese per UPS versendet werden, dann doch lieber 5 Stunden bis fahren und durch Saturn, expert, mediamarkt schlendern.

Il faut taper le nom du jeu sur le store pour pouvoir le lancer ?! Vraiment qui est l'abruti qui a developpé l'appli ? Si c'était pour se lancer des défis, autant acheter un casse tête à Conforama ça sera plus rentable. Plus de place pour écrire la suite, c'est bien dommage...

Getting in contact with somebody me who could actually assist me was incredible challenging and frustrating l. The phone tree does not make sense and speaking to a non-Native speaker took way too long to communicate the issue. And then the issue was never resolved!!

The carrier did NOT deliver my package. There was no photo proof it was delivered to my address, however your investigation did not involve any conversations with me directly and now I am out $660 because you did not due your due diligence. I expect a Manager, who is English speaking, to contact me and resolve this. Very poor customer service and I will not be using them again.

Abysmal service with shipping issue.

I can't receive mail to my address so I have a PO Box. I ordered a product from the Microsoft Store and checked their shipping information ahead of time. The website says it doesn't recommend shipping to a PO Box but that, if you need to, you need to follow specific address instructions. I did so, and they still shipped my package via UPS. It's now stuck with UPS, who I've contacted multiple times to try and get a pickup or address change. They insist that Microsoft must initiate any change, and Microsoft customer service is impossible to reach. When I do reach them, I am put on hold for ages and then ultimately not helped. Out a couple hundred dollars and totally left without help. Terrible, terrible service.
