Als ik minder dan 1 ster kon geven, gaf ik negatieve sterren.
De meest slechte klantenservice ooit. Dat dit bedrijf niet overkop gaat heeft het enkel te danken aan zijn rotsvastheid.
Service dikke nul.
duidelijkheid ook dikke nul.

Als je belt en ze zien het probleem, kunnen ze niets doen.
Je koopt een game per ongeluk voor xbox en niet voor pc maar ze kunnen het niet omruilen want ze kunnen je order niet nakijken, wel vinden ze je email en contactgegevens.
En daar bij een digitaal product omruilen dat nog niet ingewisseld is, alsjeblieft, hoe moeilijk kan het zijn.

Completely unable to process a simple refund

Similar to these other reviews, but if you want to buy a microsoft product I'd suggest going to a retail store. I bought a keyboard and Surface Pro tablet from the Microsoft Store direct, the keyboard was going to take an additional month to arrive, so I contacted MS Store by chat the day after I'd placed the order, and asked if I could switch it for a different keyboard - they did that, but told me that they'd have to bill me for the additional product, and process a refund. I was given the impression the refund would happen immediately.

A few days later the refund hadn't arrived so I contacted them and was told they couldn't do it. In spite of the fact that the delivery date was still 4 weeks away, they couldn't cancel that part of the order. That means that I have to wait until December for it to be delivered, refuse to accept it, or send it back.

I told them I was really disgusted that the world's major software provider can't process a simple refund, threatened to send the whole lot back, and they said 'sad you feel that way, computer says no'.

It is indicative of how much they actually care about their customers that they're one of the few multinational companies on Trustpilot who have managed to secure a majority of 1 star reviews.

Microsoft doesn’t care about their customers!!!

Played throughout the night and left the room for about 15 min. Started to smell smoke and ran back to the living room to see my Xbox on fire due to the unit's electrical failure. Contacted Xbox and Microsoft - was promised a new unit sent to my home without having to send in the damaged console!

What a great customer service, I thought! So I threw the damaged console away (why should I keep hazardous waste) and waited for a new Xbox! It never arrived though and after a few days I contacted customer service again - you don't get a a new console if you don't send in the damaged one they say, haha!

Been a customer with them for 15 years, if not more. Owned every single console they have released and supported them no matter what and this is how they treat a customer! Very unprofessional and disrespectful! Contacted them again the other day, if they don't do anything I will sue them.

Frustrierende Erfahrung im Microsoft Store: Langsame Starts, fehlende Updates und eingeschränkte App-Auswahl

Natürlich, David! Hier ist deine persönliche, eher negative Bewertung zum Microsoft Store:

Der Microsoft Store ist für mich eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Es ist frustrierend, dass die App ab und zu sehr langsam startet, was kostbare Zeit verschwendet. Das Problem mit den Updates ist besonders ärgerlich – ich erwarte, dass sie automatisch heruntergeladen werden, ohne dass ich den Store manuell überprüfen muss.

Ein weiteres Ärgernis ist die Unfähigkeit, Bewertungen für Apps zu hinterlassen, die ich tatsächlich installiert habe. Es ist frustrierend, dass meine Meinung nicht gehört wird, selbst wenn ich positive Erfahrungen teilen möchte. Noch ärgerlicher ist, dass bearbeitete Bewertungen nicht veröffentlicht werden – das wirft Fragen zur Transparenz auf.

Was mich am meisten enttäuscht, ist, dass viele Apps, die ich gerne nutzen würde, einfach nicht auf meinem High-End-PC heruntergeladen werden können. Das sollte auf einem leistungsfähigen System eigentlich kein Problem sein. Insgesamt fühle ich mich im Microsoft Store frustriert und eingeschränkt, was mein Vertrauen in die Plattform stark beeinträchtigt.

...non varcare l'uscio se sei ancora in tempo

Mi piacerebbe poter dare loro una stella negativa, ma non trovo l'opzione. E' tutto un aggiustamento. Non riescono a mandarmi mail sul mio indirizzo aziendale, tra l'altro poggiato su office365, e devo fornire il mio come fosse aziendale. Ad una settimana dal pagamento, oggi non ho ancora un traking per merce che hanno dichiarato avere a magazzino. Esperienza negativa, direi pessima. Credo che la nostra esperienza aziendale con il Surface, sia nata e finita qui. Avrei preso un portatile così a tutti nostri ragazzi ma credo che Apple sia ancora anni luce avanti a questi..

Toetsenbord teruggestuurd

Toetsenbord besteld, verkeerde indeling geleverd. 'k Heb dit teruggestuurd, bevestiging gekregen dat dit terug ontvangen was. De Terugbetaling zou normaal tot 5 werkdagen duren, na 2 weken contact opgenomen, dan werd me gezegd dat ze dit gingen nakijken en dit tot nog een week ging duren, ondertussen zijn we al een maand verder en heb ik nog steeds niks teruggekregen, en ze bellen geeft enkel een bericht "onze kantoren zijn momenteel gesloten" zonder vermelding van openingsuren/dagen (die ook nergens op de website terug te vinden zijn)

I bought an app from Microsoft store…

I bought an app from Microsoft store and trying to redeem (because that app request login for using it; this is not advertised on app page, If I would have known, I wouldn't buy it) I discovered that there is no button, link, to redeem. I write to Microsoft store and had to complete a form with some questions, and one of them was a culmination of cheekiness: "how many pages I read" - in my attempt to redeem !!! It seems to me that I need a master degree for redeem on Microsoft store ! I will check if this impossibility to redeem a purchase is legal and act in accordance. And I want to let everyone know about this suburban behavior of those from this platform. Forgot to say, no answer from ms store.

Purchased an item that took almost a month to get. No tracking info was provided even after requesting it multiple times. Item was a hat that was so poorly made but wasn't worth dealing with considering their poor customer service.

If I could give a MINUS star I would

If I could give a MINUS star I would. I ordered 3 shirts. One NAVY, one BEIGE and one SKY BLUE. The NAVY came right away, was the correct size ordered and was actually a good value. Two weeks later the other two shirts arrived. Both shirts had the size lables cut out and, in fact, were much too small to fit, plus one of the shirts had a ragged dime size hole torn in it. I immediately went to the online return form to get these two shirts returned and replaced. But alas, the online return form is a farce. It DOES NOT work. I tried three times to complete the rather long and tedious form only to have the form state that it was temporarily out of service and went blank - told me to try again later. I believe these two shirts to be either seconds, or returns, simply shipped to me to meet company fulfillment goals. In other words, Microsoft Direct uses a classic 'bait and switch' technique in its online sales program. I do not recommend purchasing anything from Microsoft Direct and issue the following warning to anyone who does: "Caveat Emptor".

So ein vollkommener Dreck

So ein vollkommener Dreck, absolut unübersichtlich, funktioniert bei jedem zweiten Start gar nicht.
Es gibt genug andere Anbieter für Spiele, Apps usw., bleibt bei eurem verdammten Betriebssystem und löscht diesen Kack. Dankeschön

No Surface Pro received

Ordered & paid for Surface Pro Computer and insurance. Only the keyboard and pen was received. The delivery was by UPS. It said parcel 1 of 2. Where was parcel 2?
And so the story begins. Microsoft Customer Services are supposed to be investigating this. After many phone conversations it appears Microsoft are doing nothing and they clearly never sent the computer or it was stolen in transit.
While I attempt to sort this out, BE WARNED!!! DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECT FROM MICROSOFT SHOP.

I ordered a ~$2000 surface laptop which…

I ordered a ~$2000 surface laptop which got lost in shipping which I ordered in late July via FedEx and Microsoft wouldn't refund me. Furthermore they waited a month to notify that it wasn't coming and then further delayed me in telling that a refund was not going to come, and tried to get me to order another laptop while the issue was getting investigated. I"ve wasted >5 hours on the phone/online agents trying to resolve this, and never any followup from people on their end.
