Midfurn were running a Stressless sales exhibition/promotion in a local shopping centre back in July offering 25% discount at the time.
My old Stressless was looking a bit tatty so thought good time to buy another one. Jeremy was very helpful & I chose the new 'Paul' model. I was told delivery might be 3 months (no problem).

At the end of September my new chair arrived (in kit form) this was quickly assembled by the Midfurn delivery men. They took my old chair away along with any packaging from the new chair. Delighted with Midfurn's customer service & the chair looks great & is really comfortable.

Great first time experience with Midfurn. We were shopping for a new mattress and Paul gave us some really helpful and honest advice that paired us with exactly the right product. Admin and delivery were very slick. So we’ve been happy all round 👍.

Midfurn have a great selection of high-quality furniture, with a nice team of advisors and back-office folk.
We have recently bought a sofa by Duresta, a bed by Vi-Sprung and some bar stools by Calligaris. Today’s visit was to order some kitchen chairs to match our bar stools.
There is often a sale on and the buying experience is made as pleasant as possible.
The delivery and installation is equally cheerful and professional.
All in all, we recommend Midfurn to anyone wanting to look at a wide range of affordable but high-quality furniture.

Great place. They have some really beautiful quality furniture from top European manufacturers including Spain, Germany and Italy. Over the years I have basically furnished the whole of our apartment with their products. Jeremy and Ben are always welcoming, patient, not pushy and always ready to do a deal to suit both parties. Delivery guys are also decent and respectful when they deliver to your home. I would highly recommend Midfurn.

Where do we start!
From the moment we walked through the door and we were greeted by Ben to the after care service from the admin team and the staff on the showroom floor the customer service was excellent. The staff are genuinely interested in your needs and wants to furnish your home.
The choice of high quality furnishings is second to none.
We chose a beautiful marble dining table and I picked a size that turned out to be too big for the room in our new house,I was panicking, so I went back to talk to Ben,he put me at ease straight away ,no problem he said let's reorder a smaller size. I was so happy and relieved 👍😊

I visited the Midfurn furniture superstore ( Alcester ) on Friday 27th February 2026 to look into ordering a new bed . I was looking around the store and a member of staff asked me if they could help me . I explained to the member of staff what my requirements were . The member of staff went to get Jeremy for me . I explained to Jeremy what i was looking for . Jeremy was very helpful and friendly in guiding me through the different styles and prices of beds . I have ordered a new bed from Midfurns . I must say that i found all the staff that i dealt with on my visit very helpful and friendly . I will certainly go back to Midfurn furniture superstore for any other furniture requirements that i will require for the future . Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We visited this shop today and was taken aback by the way we were spoken to the moment we walked in. Instead of a simple welcome, the owner immediately made assumptions about who we were and what we were doing there. Later, he doubled down by suggesting we were “scoping the whole shop,” a comment that was both baseless and insulting.

He advised that he's been in the industry for 30 years and knows how "normal" customers look around the shop. We are busy business owners who tend to know what we want & dont have time to browse a shop for hours on end!

It is genuinely staggering that in this day and age the owner chose to treat us with suspicion rather than the basic courtesy any customer should expect. For a business that claims to operate at a premium level, the attitude we encountered was the complete opposite. Professionalism should not be selective or conditional — it should apply to every person who walks through the door, without exception.

This experience left a very negative impression, and I would urge others to be aware of the way customers are judged and spoken to here.

I came across this company whilst browsing through social media. Me and my wife decided to pay a visit to the store to take a look as we were after a new dining table.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very lovely salesman called Jeremy who made us feel very welcome and could not be more helpful when it came to showing us around the different makes and styles of dining tables, he really knew his stuff and the background to all makes and styles.

We were honestly blown away by the professionalism and help that we were offered. We then spent some time deciding on the the right table for us which we then purchased and received really fast delivery and excellent set up from the delivery team

I recently took delivery of my lovely new Italian dining furniture from midfurn. The quality is fantastic and it’s probably the best piece of furniture I’ve ever invested in! The delivery was seamless and the drivers were great. The sales experience was also fab, Jeremy was helpful and friendly and gave me all the information i could have wanted and more. He even gave me a nice coffee and biscuit. I will definitely be back for my bedroom furniture as there was a huge range to pick from and a few pieces have caught my eye! Thanks midfurn!
