Midland Flags 

Paid £45 for 2 flags that I have not received. No phone number. No response to emails. Totally unacceptable

Cant understand the bad reviews got my st,george flag in 5 days an that was over a bank holliday so delivery time was spot on quality wasent up to much but what do you expect for 6 quid.but on balance its all good.lawson little

Very surprised at the negative reviews but I received my flag that was bigger than thought and when i spoke to someone them they was very helpful so if you are going to purchase off them I recommend fully that you do. Brilliant company and I'll definitely be purchasing off them again very soon

Really disappointed with the flag I ordered to find it was made in China, poor quality and no replies from the company on their return policy, despite numerous emails. Will definitely not use this company again.

I brought a Duraflag in April and within 2 months it’s got a split in it along one of the fold lines. Im unable to ring company as their phone lines are not working so I emailed sales and have heard nothing from them.
I’ve brought a lot of anniversary flags from them over the year’s but with that customer service I will not be buying again

Have been buying flags from this company for over 4 years and always had accurate goods and speedy delivery, until now. Two flags ordered (5x3) but wrong size delivered (3x2). Despite many emails, no response to sort out this issue.
Will now have to find a new supplier for my growing collection, which has reached 271.

Terrible service placed an order in December. Chased 3 times with no response radio silence.

Had to raise a case with PayPal for a refund.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

One of four flags not delivered, no communication from the company to resolve or refund, contacted 3 times with no response. Awful customer service.

I placed an order for some flags on January the 8th.

Since the order was made, I've tried to make contact with the person who runs the shop regarding shipping.
And when are they going to turn up.
And he's blanked every email, and now the phone lines are down.(probably had landlines cut off)

I've tried with 3 email and just get completely blanked.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Purchased one of their Dura flags when it arrived the printing on the flag was faulty, there was a white mark in the middle of the flag were it hadn't printed, I sent photographs of the fault and asked if they could replace it but they never answered my emails.

This company has no morals and refused to refund me for returning an order that arrived late despite my trying to cancel it beforehand. According to them they never received it but going by the reviews I don’t believe that for one minute.

The delivery was fast the flags are good condition the huge issue was that they are made in China and not made to order like the website says I feel conned because I was trying to avoid getting Chinese goods.

Absolutely awful.
Called several times last week to chase an order I had placed on their website.
Not only was there no answer, it said their mailbox was full! How can such a business operate if they are unwilling to speak to their customers.....

I do not recommend. Keep away from these charlatans.....

I have asked why they do not do a Thin Red Line Flag to commemorate Firefighters, they say they are looking at it. They manage to do Thin Blue Line flags for the police ( and rightly so) but obviously feel that Firefighters are not in the same category.

Scammers! If you want to burn money on nothing, then this is the site for you.

Cheap shoddy goods no customer service DON'T NOT USE.

I ordered my VE bunting on Sunday 3rd May with standard delivery, knowing I had left it so late I wasn’t 100% sure it would arrive in time for 8th May.

We received our bunting on 6th May and the quality of the product is amazing and am exceedingly happy with the purchase.

I do feel for others who have written negative reviews about Midland Flags and not receiving their goods, but for us we received exactly what we ordered and it exceeded expectations.

I do not normally write reviews, but I do want to give the thumbs up for Midland Flags and would 100% recommend them, unfortunately for the company it sounds like their IT system couldn’t cope with an unprecedented amount of hits and orders, which is a one off due to VE Day.

Ordered Flag and bunting on 24th April, still not arrived. Tried to contact Midland flag , Phone line constantly engaged (probably left of hook).
Sent 2 email's. finally got an answer 7th may informing us that it would be delivered on Monday 11th (too late for VE day) arriving via DPD. Phoned DPD to see if they could deliver any sooner, they stated " we have not had a scan of the parcel as yet and which we would normally have had by now". They advised us to contact the shipper (Midland flags) which i tried to do, but still getting engaged tone. I cant comment on the product, and i know these are difficult times, but that is no excuse for the poor customer service this company has shown.

Like many others this week. Ordered flags and bunting that were supposedly in stock for VE day, paid the £10 delivery premium for guaranteed delivery.....no delivery and now unable to contact the company via any means

This has been given 1 star otherwise could not post they have ripped off a veteran please do not use this company avoid unless you want to lose money. They don't respond to emails or messages and the phone is permanently engaged even out of business hours obviously trying to avoid customers
