Ive purchased from Mifsuds on many occasions and contacted them again and as I wanted to trade all of my Canon equipment for Nikon, they had all of the Nikon items I wanted and within 2 days my equipment was appraised and new Nikon equipment sent to me.
The customer service is second to none, Matthew would send updates each day as to the delivery schedule etc.
The trade in price is far better than their competitors as is their turnaround, previously i'd experienced 2 weeks with another company.
Highly recommended, I won't go anywhere else now.

My husband and I called into Mifsuds on the off chance they would have a spare lens cap for my husband's binoculars. He had lost one the day before. They couldn't have been more helpful. Tipped out 3 boxes of different caps and methodically went through them until they found a pair. We were delighted. They went onto say it was their good deed for the day and there was no charge. Thank you so very much. How refreshing to be treated so warmly and so helpful.

Order arrived the next morning at 9am with dpd and was very well packed. The lens was in fantastic condition with all the accessories, and even a free photography book as a free gift.

In the UK there are photographic dealers, and then there is Mifsuds! Over the years I’ve always been impressed by their honesty, their integrity and the complete lack of ‘pushiness’ in the selling process, which is almost unique in my experience. Today I ended 55 years as a professional photographer by entrusting my entire photographic equipment collection to Matthew Mifsud and his dedicated staff. There is no one else I would trust to give me an honest appraisal and valuation, and he came up trumps (which in the current political climate is perhaps the wrong word to use!). I drove home delighted with the meeting, with the money already in my bank. The world needs more Mifsuds 👏🏼 and I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.

Matt and the team are excellent. They’ve always had whatever I needed, from an entire camera system to a small lens cap. What I really appreciate is that they always make time to have a chat and offer advice when needed. You could also get lost for hours, just looking at the wide array of stock, from the newest mirrorless range to vintage film. A proper, local camera company in an age of faceless online websites.

I recently placed an order after speaking with Matthew about a particular item I was interested in.
The discussion I had aleviated my concerns and when it arived I was not disapointed. It arived when I had requested and was unbelievably well packaged. Will certainly keep in touch for future purchases.

This is the first time I have used Mifsuds and I am very impressed by the service I have received. I ordered a Hasselblad 501C on Thursday evening. Camera arrived Saturday afternoon - it was listed as Mint minus. I was very pleasantly surprised as frankly it looked as if it was practically brand new, unmarked and is in perfect working order. I shall be using Mifsuds again.

The lens came well packaged and arrived 2 days earlier than expected.
I have used the lens and am extremely happy with the results.
Great communications with Matthew and I am pleasantly surprised and grateful for the complimentary book on landscape photography.
All In all an excellent experience and I would highly recommend. 😎

This shop provides fantastic customer service. The products they sell are fabulous and the knowledge of the staff is second to none. Not my first visit today and it certainly won't be my last. Would highly recommend to everyone interested in photography from someone just staring out to the professional

Purchased a Sigma lens. I went into the shop with a rough idea of what I wanted and Kate was brilliant at helping me. She showed me the options available, let me try them on my camera and helped me to make an informed decision without any pressure. The shop is really well laid out and, most importantly for me, was welcoming to a beginner photographer. I had held off ordering online as I was due to visit the area and I'm so glad I did. I have no qualms about ordering online from them in the future - although new kit is a good excuse for a trip to Brixham! Thank you, Kate, I'm looking forward to trying the lens out this weekend - weather permitting!

Went into the shop today to purchase a grip for my Z5II and they couldn't have been anymore helpful, very friendly, very knowledgeable and very lovely people!! I've made a few purchases with them over the years and can't recommend them enough.

Visited the shop yesterday Friday 13th and met Matt & Rob. I was trading some of my old camera equipment for some new equipment. I have used Mifsuds for around 10 years, and the service Mifsuds offer is second to none, with no hassle or pressure.

I have bought so many things over the years. Fewer recently. My pride and joy was my Hasselblad in mint condition many years ago. I still love it and still have all of the complimentary filters I was given and the sharing of my excitement for my purchase. The Mamiya film back that I bought was described as mint and was mint. Packaged beautifully in its box. Thank you.
