"Paint by number" artistically captures my photo...
This paint by number experience was excellent! I am an amateur painter and love to play with paints as a means of relaxation. I know I would have never been able to get such a perfect likeness and artistic representation of my sweet little dog. The process they use to convert my photo to canvas and the selection of colors is fabulous! My family and I will always cherish this beautiful piece of artwork. It really redefines the look of a "paint by number!"

Woeful follow-up service
The product is great but the transparency and follow up when something goes wrong is woeful. I ordered a kit in late November hoping to have it in time for Christmas. I had seen a 3-4 week turnaround time and was hoping I would be ok. I think the company should have said please note we cannot guarantee a Christmas delivery (all other companies I ordered from did this). This is not why I am giving a poor review. The background paint colours were wrong. I emailed and the company were very apologetic and said #1 should have been lavender not white and they would rectify. 6 weeks later I got a new set of the exact same colours. I emailed and asked for someone to call me. Another apologetic email, no phone call, but I still don’t have the correct paints. It is 18weeks since I placed my order and I still don’t have a painting.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with us. But we want you to know that we do have a disclaimer in our Refund Policy that we can't guarantee Christmas Orders. And other customers are aware of this, since our refund policy can be seen and reviewed at before checkout.
You should have been given the right colors, if you can give us your Order ID then we can check what went wrong. Since we always want to make sure our customers receive what they ordered. Thank you for your continued patience with us.
Miicreative is an excellent company with great products
Mii has been extremely responsive to every inquiry. They have made painting an abstract of my dog very pleasurable. They answered every question within 24 hours. As soon as I finish my current painting I will be ordering another kit.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Our family wanted to memorialize our family dog after the awful experience of putting him down. After many hours of painting I realized the colours are NOTHING like the image. Don’t want it. It’s not him. They refuse to refund. I do not wish for anyone to go through the experience that I have gone through. Claims that colour matching isn’t apart of the their product quality. Can you believe that. A company that sells image replicas -their quality guarantee doesn’t include colour matching!! Even though they admit it doesn’t match the colours on my image.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with us. Quality Problems rarely happens for us. But rest assured, when 1 out of 10 kits have Quality Issues and is proven through photo evidence. MiiCreative ALWAYS sends out a new kit. We have always made sure to send to customers what they ordered.
Outstanding service and product
Package took longer than expected but the customer service was outstanding. All my emails were answered, they followed up with the courier company and a few days later I received my order. The quality is excellent, highly recommend them.

A great experience.
All in all my MiiCreative experience has been great. I’ve now completed three MiiCreative paintings and have learned something new with each one. Plus when I have had questions a MiiCreative team member has been quick to help. I can’t wait to start my next painting.

Initially I was a bit sceptical
Initially I was a bit sceptical , not the first time that items ordered didn’t arrive or didn’t match the requirements , I tried them and they are a winner!
I found the team at Miicres to be exquisites,they produced the kit of a city landmark not easy to do and not known by the vast majority, Parcel arrived quickly , they took care to send it well before the scheduled ETA which was in April. I will use their services again and I highly recommend them

Absolutely loved completing this
Absolutely loved completing this! Took a little bit longer than expected for delivery but they were super quick to reply via email to provide an update when requested. Overall I’m happy with the final product! Purchased two more! I did want the eyes a little more detailed so I did that myself :)

We are so happy with our paintings. We ordered two at the same time and both arrived after several weeks - global shipping can take a while - and it was worth the wait! I have our paintings on display in our home. People think professionals did them and are in awe when they learn it was a MiiCreative paint by number. I have already had friends order their own custom paintings.

So worth it. Enjoyable past time once received.
So far, I have really enjoyed using your different kits. But I really love how much choice I get choosing my image of choice or picture. I have done your : paint your image: I chose an Horror illustration (1 of my favorite authors) image. Awesome past time, relaxing and fun. I was happy to finish but sad it was over. So I decided to try a second kit: and again painted image of choice but with diamonds this time. My Dad chose the image which made the experience of finishing the kit all the more special. Thanks... excited to try painting my pets next. ♡

I purchased for the first time from Mii Creative and I had a great experience with them. The customer service is excellent, although my shipment came later than expected, the fact that they took time to answer me promptly, keep me updated with the situation, offer me a discount made my experience very positive. The quality of the product itself is beautiful. The colors are great and the paper quality is excellent as well. Highly recommend these folks!

Great customer service
Lovely idea to have yr own photos transformed onto canvas. I ordered three to include gifts. My photos were extremely detail oriented and I thought it would be rather daunting at first look. But I started with the background top corner and worked my way around the canvas. I had to use a magnifying glass in parts which helped for the small lines. It was very relaxing to see the photo come to life. Towards the end I could no longer figure out which colors I needed for certain parts and miicreative kindly sent me a schematic by email of my worksheet. Super!!! Such great customer service! Very happy with the product. I also thought at the beginning that I wouldn’t have enough paint but they know what they are doing and I had left over paint in all the 23 colors. Great company. Great service.

Unique and great quality product
I ordered two pop art animal canvases and could not be happier with the end result! The design was PERFECT so I can’t comment on how they are with making adjustments but communication was great. Delivery took a few weeks after oking the design (which is expected for such a custom product) so factor that into your timing. The paint brushes weren’t great so we bought our own which is no big deal considering how happy we are with the end result. I have already ordered a third for a gift. We really, really recommend this to everyone.
