Praise for Millets Bracknell Store!
Trying to find availability of an item in store that I’d seen online, I first spoke to Stephen on the phone, who went off and found the item I had described and said it could be held for me until the next day. The same day. I was able to go into the store and try on the item that had been held for me. Sadly, it was not as expected and so the hard work for both Stephen and Sharon began!
After trying on numerous coats, the coat I settled on was not in stock in my size!
The patience, helpfulness and efficiency of both Sharon and Stephen was so appreciated though and I felt compelled to write and thank them for their great customer service. Thank you both!!

Excellent customer service. It was Cody's first day and he could not have been more helpful. Manageress was on hand too, great team. Great patience while I tried on several pairs of boots, always lots of useful info. Very happy customer.
