Really excellent
Really excellent. Popped in to return one of two items I’d bought and Natalie at the shop was super helpful and friendly. Understood the reason for return and I ended up buying some gloves because she was so positive. Excellent experience.

Good time at Millets
The worker there called Jack was lovely, very talkative (in the useful way), made the time there easy and answered questions we had! A friendly face!
Everything was on display and easy to look for.

Jack was very helpful in suggesting other items I might need for the trip and deals on half price items. Friendly and chatty although clearly having no idea of how we travelled with only paper guidebooks and Internet cafes! Good experience!

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Stephen helped us with everything, have be advice on boot sizing, what trousers were good for my husband and even gave us some info about the area as we were from out of town.

We were looking for a lighter weight…
We were looking for a lighter weight coat that would also keep one warm AND had an inside pocket AND be durable . After looking at several stores we came back to Millets for the jacket that fit the bill . The staff had helped with a look at coats and were nearby if we needed more help. Stephen and his colleagues were polite and helpful throughout.
