The store didn’t have what I was looking for (wrong time of year for running shorts), but the young man that served me suggested a shop where I could possibly find some. He was right. So helpful, thank you.

Excellent customer service
The Hexham store offers a variety of merchandise that is well stocked and presented. We received excellent customer service from Jay. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding discussing the merits of the type of footwear that we were interested in purchasing. He gave detailed helpful advice. We were so impressed with the brand that he recommended and the competitive sale offer price, that we both purchased a pair!

Walking shoes
Popped into the Hexham store this afternoon to purchase some new walking shoes. Both members of staff gave us a warm welcome.
Jay was very patient as I tried on a number of different walking shoes. He was also very good in his description of each shoe and the benefits.
Highly recommend this store.

Both young members of staff were extremely helpful and it was no trouble to order the correct size of footwear for me.

The place to go for walking boots
If you want walking boots, Hexham Millets is the place to go! Jay could not have been more helpful or more patient, explaining different options and getting endless boots for me to try. Excellent customer service from lovely people in a fabulous shop in a beautiful town.

Portable fridge
Fantastic service again in millets Hexham. Asked for an item and able to order and delivered in two days. Staff could not do more to help the customer.

Great service
The jacket I bought from millets Hexham whilst on holiday was faulty, I returned it for replacement but my size was out of stock this proved no problem for the assistant in the shop and a replacement was sent directly to my home at no extra cost. That's good service.
