We were served by Holly today. We were looking for hiking boots/shoes for the family. Holly was very helpful, cheerful professional and went above and beyond. Her customer service was second to none and surpress our expectations. An asset to the company.

Visited Millets Newquay to look at walking boots this week. James was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the stock and products. Excellent friendly customer experience. Highly recommend shopping for outdoor gear in this store.

Tip top service in Newquay
Although the store didn’t have the product I wanted, Sarah was about as helpful and friendly as anyone could be. She was also very helpful in trying to track down a UPS parcel, the delivery of which was vital before the holiday struck.
Pay rise and complimentary Terry’s All Gold required in my opinion. Take it easy all.

Lots of nice products and lovely staff
Lots of nice stock available & good selection of sizes. Very helpful and friendly staff who, not only helped me with my selections, but were very kind and hospitable with my young children. In particular, James was very helpful and knew a lot about the products. I felt very welcome and well catered for.
