Fantastic staff
The staff (both Jude and Dan) were understanding of what I needed, and were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I think Jude even stayed late while I was choosing which pair of walking boots to buy. Thank you guys! I will definitely be back to this store.

Outstanding knowledge and service from Jude today - he knew the product (walking shoes and head torches) inside out, listened carefully to my requirements and came up with the goods. An unprepossessing shop from the outside but gold dust within. 5 stars!!

Great shop for all your outdoor gear
I've been served by Shaun the last couple of times I've been to Millets in Worthing. He is very polite, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, popped in for a new rucksack and was sorted out within 5 minutes! Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and great to talk to. Definitely stop by this shop if you need some outdoor gear. Cheers Dan!

Helpful staff
We have visited twice for my sons Duke of Edinburgh equipment and staff have been so helpful and knowledgeable.
Shaun has helped both occasions and another staff man today and a lady on the last visit I’m sorry no names but all so willing to assist.

Great staff and easy to deal with.
2nd time I've been in recently and served by a different man. Both times it was great. Nice laid back staff, easy to talk to, very helpful, a pleasure to interact with.

Best shoe fitting experience I've had
After mistakenly ordering the wrong size online, I popped into the shop to double check I could exchange for another size in-store. Dan suggested trying out other sizes and shoes while I was there, and he was really attentive and was super helpful. I struggle to find shoes to fit my feet and shoe shopping is therefore a tedious, time-consuming, and generally negative experience for me. He was so helpful with shoe suggestions and advice, and making sure they'd have the size I wanted ready for exchange, it really made such a positive difference to the whole endeavour.
