Florence Guest Bed
We ordered this bed for our grandchildren when they come to visit. It's exactly as pictured and just what we need. The delivery was prompt, the driver courteous and it arrived in good condition. It took a while to assemble but the instructions were easy to follow and we are very pleased with the results!

Very happy
Very happy! Process was smooth and really quick. Had looked around for a particular bed for a while and every company was estimating lengthy wait times. Saw this company and they said 2 weeks. Got a email for delivery within a couple of days and 2 weeks was the time frame! Very pleased. Would recommend.

Good value bed which is perfect. Staff really helpful and worked around me for delivery. Delivery could've been next day but I needed it a little later.

Easy to view the different beds and easy to order on the website. The customer service was brilliant I asked for a particular delivery date which they said was fine. The two delivery chaps were friendly and helpful could not fault them.

Very quick and easy to order from, responds very quickly and no complaints on delivery, came the second day of ordering well within the 3 hour time slot. All very professional.
Yet to assemble bunk bed but hoping it's the same standard.

Decent result but quality of instructions and fixings let it down .
Instructions poor and somewhat misleading.
The method of joining the headboard , end board and sections of the bed frame are really poor. Very odd and cheap fasteners. Limited tensioning their design.
No locking washers or nuts anywhere.
Overall ok , but not great .
Quality of fastenings and fixtures let it down.

The fittings used on this bed are industry standard and tested for long-term strength and safety, but we appreciate that the instructions could be clearer, and we're feeding that back to the supplier.

The beds were delivered a couple of days after ordering .
Great quality and easy to build. Two people are needed when moving Put the mattress slats in last before putting ithe beds n final position. I had to do this as one end was against a wall Granddaughters love them, especially have shelves to put their personal things on.
