I found the website easy to navigate…
I found the website easy to navigate all the options were there to choose such as mattress, building, free bendy light so you didn't have to go hunting round to find things. The payment options were good and it showed you how much it would be each month on the 3 months interest free, but at checkout they also take PayPal so there is a 4 month option too. I also liked the £20 discount, always a bonus. Ordering the High Sleeper is as far as I have got so cannot comment on delivery or the product as yet.

Quality is not great
Quality is not great. The draws do not fit or shut properly, I’ve tried everything to make them work properly, I’ve triple checked the fitting instructions for correct fitment, and still they don’t shut correctly. Would not have liked to pay full price for this bed

Estella Highsleeper with Sofabed, Desk & Shelving - White / Black / Single
I needed to change the delivery date after confirming. Customer service and despatch managed this and kept me informed. I was delighted with the professionalism, understanding and willingness to be helpful.
Opted for the assembly service which was so convenient and the assembly team were polite, professional and they did an excellent job taking away all of the packing materials with them.
The bed quality exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with it, but most importantly my teenage daughter is delighted with it. I was worried that she would be too old/big for it or grow out of it quickly but it's clear that this bed will do her all the way through high school no doubts. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a high sleeper for a teenagers room, and highly recommend this company.

Contact with the company was great right from placing the order. I got friendly and helpful support in ordering the right mattress for the bed and arranging a convenient date. We bought the Ivy bed with trundle for our grandaughters. Easy to pull out and put back. It seems sturdy and well made and looks really nice in the room. Would recommend the company and product

Really smooth buying process and assembly
Me and my DD couldn't be happier with her bed choice and the entire buying process! For a start I was able to select the delivery day that would fit to my calendar and the day before I received an email and a text message saying my product would be delivered next day and I would be notified of my 3h slot on the day. I received the slot early in the morning and delivery went just fine, with items delivered straight to the room I requested as I would have struggle to carry it myself. Packaging was very protective of items and assembly intructions were super clear. All products were numbered and this made everything so much easier!! I was able to assemble most of the bed by myself and had a little help from DD only to hold a couple things in place when needed (recommendation is for 2 people though as usual). The material is great and the bed looks amazing! Highly recommended!!

Absolutely brilliant level of service
Absolutely brilliant level of service. I ordered the same bed from a different company and had a mare of 3 months from lying, no delivery to no refund (begins with W) and recently went into liquidation.
I ordered and within 2 days my ordered arrives fully completed with not one issue, from the first email to the delivery driver I cannot fault Millie. Very reasonably priced against other retailers and now my son has stopped sleeping on the floor for 3 months. Thank you.

Have given 4 stars as a piece was damaged. However spoke to Jess who has arranged an immediate replacement for 2 days later. Customer care is very good and handled efficiently and with empathy. Always a pleasure buying from a smaller family business as everything sorted speedily.

Quick + easy to order
Quick + easy to order, very quick delivery. From start to finish this company has been excellent, kept up to date with delivery and very friendly delivery men , nothing was too much trouble.
The bed itself is excellent just as described. Easily put together, sturdy and good quality. Our granddaughter is thrilled with it as are we. Would highly recommend.
