Blake and Camielle were so supportive and helpful in getting our RFP response for a important strategic project out the door! We had some new approaches that our marketing team used for this project and they both made sure the whole process went off without a hitch. Because of their early engagement, we had the project produced, shipped, and delivered with plenty of time for our sales team to review it and prepare it for hand delivery.

Paid extra for "Bundle"- but instead of bundling volume 1 with volume 2, I received two volume 2's bundled together and two volume 1's bundled together for my entire quantity ordered.
It then took me extra time to unbundle the books and then re-bundle them together correctly.

The posters came packaged securely. The quality of the posters is excellent.

Very fast & well done. There's only one thing I would recommend.... the material in the binder was almost to the point it needed a bigger binder. When I got it from FedEx, documents had moved around during shipping somewhat & the cover document and several pages had come out of the binder rings and were hanging on by one of the 3 binders. If there's something that can lock those binders closed, that may have helped, or a wider binder may have eliminated that. Otherwise, no issues at all. I feel like I'm nitpicking but mean to be constructive.

One item of our order was incorrect, however when I reached out to Mimeo customer service, they overnighted the correction to us quickly. Although we were frustrated that our order was wrong, we were thankful for their quick customer service and quick turnaround.

The product came in on time and as exactly as ordered.
