Mimeo put the wrong labels on the boxes. We had to relabel. One box was not put together properly and it cracked open....then someone tried to just wrap tape all over the box and it looked terrible. Not sure what happened there, but it was horrible.

Very user friendly and ease of reviewing material prior to printing. Awesome service and application. Really love, items are shipped directly to who needs to receive order. Eliminates my time spent on gathering materials to ship and reduces shipping days.

I was really excited to order with Mimeo. I was expecting a higher quality print and quality control before it was shipped out. The cover page and back page were smaller than the inside pages and the inside pages were not cropped to the bleed lines as was shown in the sample online. Additionally, a blank page was randomly added inside. Disappointed as I was expecting better quality.

The team at Mimeo took much of the stress out of the stress out of finalizing our proposal submission with their helpful support. They helped create a plan for our project and walked us through how to build our print job in the platform with our special requests that included several original signatures. I have confidence that our finished product made it to the customer in a timely manner with not only a compliant proposal, but a beautifully printed and bound copy as well.

These were supposed to be bound documents and they were not. Pages were jumbled and out of order. This has never happened.

Within two days, the company reached out to me about this issue. They worked to resolve this to my satisfaction.- JP
