“Not yet used it in a camping environment, but on receipt immediately plugged it in at 22.5 deg ambient and within 3 hours it was down to 5 deg. Will be fully testing it in a few days time down in Italy. Happy to report back later.... "

No point in reading product reviews on their website. I just bought a mini fridge for £69 (down from over £100) after reading the reviews saying how amazing the fridge was for silence, cold temp etc. Many great reviews on the product page. It wasn't until a few days later, I was showing a friend and looking at their other products I started reading reviews of another, different, mini fridge, EXACT SAME REVIEWS, WORD FOR WORD. Same names etc. I emailed them about this and was told (and this is a direct copy and paste from their reply); "The reviews on our website are reviews on all our products. We do not have a certain reviews for certain products". However the product pages look like the reviews are for the specific items. So any time you read reviews they're probably for a much better, higher priced item. Not the one they're under! I googled the product I ordered, it's nothing like the reviews it's much louder etc and not as cooler. I've requested a refund immediately, which they offered straight away. I had good speedy communication I'll give them that. But how deceptive with the reviews!! Beware. Google reviews from other websites for their products.

Great website experience. Loads of detail about each appliance including internal dimensions which is rare.

Ordered a small fridge, was told it was dispatched and would be delivered next day. Two days later not yet delivered. Impossible to speak to someone.
Just another company hiding their terrible customer care behind Covid 19.

I purchased a minifridge iceq22 and only had it for just over 3 weeks,then it stopped getting cold,if you need customer service help then you are in trouble,they said that a courierwould turn up on the Monday and they never bothered to turn up,when ever you email customer service they as you questions that you've already answered we had exchanged 11 emails and i was still no further forward for a collection date for the courier.
They then stop responding to your emails and when you ask for a manergers email address to make an official complaint guess what? No reply, I have now been told that my fridge was faulty like i told them and they will send a replacement but they are out of stock and this will take a few weeks. so if your looking for a reliable fridge and good aftersales don't bother using this company it's shocking.

The website is easy to use and my order was dispatched quickly. I received regular updates about delivery times etc. The fridge was well packaged - the box slid easily over the top, leaving the fridge sitting on a base which I could then slide away. There wasn’t lots of unnecessary inside packaging either, making it fairly eco-friendly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience; and I would be happy to use this company again and recommend it to others.

The ice-Q mini fridge is what we expected it to be. We have only just received it and have not tried it yet. Delivery was very quick and we were informed when the fridge would be delivered and it was!

Originally rang and spoke with customer service, very helpful. Then ordered fridge from website on Sunday evening, delivered Tuesday morning. Site extremely easy to use, fridge is excellent and great value for money.
