The fridge is very good - makes a bit of a loud noise when on because of the fans but they can be put onto ECO which makes them significantly more quiet!! Apart from that it works perfectly would definitely recommend!

When a product is as good as anticipated, and when I needed to contact 'Mini Fridge' regarding delivery and received really friendly efficient service, what else is there to say. All consumers complain at poor products and poor service, but when the item is as good as expected, and the company supplying it are both friendly and efficient - as MiniFridge seem to be - we should say so.

I had to return the mini fridge,as it was smaller than I thought. However it was very good value for money. I was given a 2 hour window letting me know when it would be delivered,and it was delivered within that time. I called and arranged a return,and they were very helpful,excellent customer services.

It cannot be Minifridge.co.ug (Sixty Stores) fault?
I ordered a fridge. When it arrived the box was soaking wet and falling apart the packaging inside was damaged and the item was soiled the plastic bag had been opened. When I complained and requested a replacement. Sixty said must provide photo evidence of damage. I am not able to do this so Sixty said that I mast package the item suitably for return and I would be charged the costs of the returns. Remember the box is a soggy mess the item is damaged through no fault of mine but I must pay them it take it back and if required arrange suitable packaging. They then immediately referred to their terms and conditions to justify me being charged. Sixty can send you any old rubbish in any condition and if you don't like it they will charge you to take it away. Disgusting.
