Claire was excellent in the later stages of the process, really pushing it through when it was beginning to look doubtful that we would meet a deadline. But we did, and I think your role in this (actually from beginning to end) has I think been pivotal. Big thanks from us.

Just want to say thanks to Lara in Norwich for a great job showing me around on my viewings, she was very patient and answered all of my questions very well.

I always like to give sales people the benefit of the doubt that their like lawyers all liars talk like butter won't melt in their mouths but in hindsight their actually worse than the above . 1 star 🌟 is way too much for this company minors & Brady more like should be renamed clueless Brady bunch of all time . They get you in get you sold up ..... put their prices up by 10k to what you originally saw the property at ....... and sell it to the highest purchaser leaving you literally homeless due to fact 10k more is out of ur budget . Really ? Buying a house from sales men 🏠 from lego land will be more loyal than this bunch. Keep well away trust me .

Had two viewings booked and when I arrived Lara was waiting outside. Very professional, friendly and came well prepared. Gave a quick overview of the house to start with the key details and was great at answering any questions I had. A credit to Minors and Bradley, great attitude and will go far.

Lara arrived early to get the house ready (unlike other estate agents who have been late), was polite, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the house.

I was shown a property by a lovely lady called Ellen she was very polite and answered all questions and i was very pleased with how I was treated and was so pleased that I would recommend to any one thinking of selling or buying property.

Sales progression team bowed down to the unreasonable demands by the buyer just to get the sale to proceed so they got their commission.

I am an estate agent myself in a different part of the country and was selling this property in capacity as an executor, which added a level of complexity to choosing an agent I was comfortable with and M&B Dereham did not disappoint. Firstly they were proactive in securing viewings and also keeping in regular contact with me - thank you Magenta!! They negotiated well on my behalf to secure a sale, but where an agent really adds value and that clients don’t often appreciate or are aware of, is the sale progression. I was blessed to have Nagilla who went above and beyond to keep the sale moving forward at pace. She was usually ahead of the game and already had the answer to my next question, and on the rare occasion she didn’t, promptly followed up and called me back with the answer. This kept the sale on track and brought it to a successful completion. Having a good relationship with your agent is crucial and I am so grateful to Nagilla for everything she did. An absolute asset to the company. Thank you.

We are not yet residents of Norwich, so organising viewings is difficult. We dealt with several agencies before settling on schedule of viewing 13 properties in one weekend. This agency was very helpful. Cheeky through :-) - there was an hour difference between ours and agency's time preference and although they agreed our chosen time, couple of days before they changed to their original time. Having said that, it was OK for us at the end.

Lara was already waiting (and we arrived slightly before time). Very professional, very assured person. Knowledgeable and serious about what she was presenting. I strongly believe that Lara was equally focused on vendors' and our satisfaction. Unlike few other agents we meet, she knew details that actually we needed.
Whist it is highly unlikely we will purchase the property we looked at with Lara - she stands out of crowd and certainly will be a reason why we will go back to this agency.

The company seems really well organised and they are always friendly and polite to deal with.
It was very easy to find and 'vet' new tenants through them, and they managed the whole process of 'onboarding' smoothly. I feel confident that they will manage the property well.
If I have one criticism, it's that when I told M&B that the current tenant couldn't move out on the agreed date (not their fault), I didn't hear back from M&B for quite a while, despite chasing, and I got worried that the tenants had pulled out. It turned out they were fine with the new date.
