Had a really good experience using Pymm & co with the sale of my flat it wasn't such a straightforward as I'd hoped but Leon and his team went the extra mile .

We viewed three properties with May as we are relocating to the area. She was very pleasant and helpful and answered all our questions. Leon Ramsden was such a help for me in the purchasing of my property. He always kept me informed of any progress or (and this is equally as important) the lack of it! Leon seems to understand that the main thing anyone wants in the property buying/selling business is honest and regular communication.

Leon at Pymm & Co could not have been more helpful. From my initial view of the property right through to completion he kept me informed of progress and any queries I had he was very prompt to reply (which put me at ease as I am a first time buyer). I would highly recommend him and Pymm & Co for their services.

The lady at the viewing was so lovely and welcoming and made us feel welcome into the home. Then when I rang the office the person I spoke to on the phone was also lovely and sent me everything we needed straight away.
