Ordered some toughened glass online with some trepidation. Website was so easy to use it guided me through no problem. Place the order. I chased after a few days (because I was getting grief from the other half) customer service over the phone was great, they didn't treat me like a flapping idiot who was wasting their time. They explained the process; that I would get an email when the glass was made and that the delivery guy would ring me to arrange delivery.
Got the email, 2 days later the delivery guy called. I explained that I worked 10 min from home so he said he would call when he was 30 min away (how refreshing). He called, I popped home using no time off from work just an adjusted lunch hour. The glass is perfect.
Not sure what else you might want from a company - excellent product and customer service. Job done

Website is very simple to use. From placing order to delivery can take up to 14 days, but was with me in only 7 (and over a weekend!), which is remarkable for a custom made piece of glass. Delivery driver was very friendly and called the day before to check on my availability for delivery.

All in all a very positive experience and a brilliant product that is precisely the size that I asked for. Thanks!

Just to let you know that I received my order today and that I have been very impressed with your service: I think the actual product is very good value for money and the delivery-whilst relatively expensive- is well worth the price. I don't think I have ever received a better packed product!!

They sent out a square piece of glass instead of round.

At their request I returned the glass. They signed for the parcel but later tried to convince the transport company it was broken. Clearly if glass were to break it would be obvious at the outset, not least because I did not surround it in a solid container, merely bubble wrap. They refunded me via Paypal. I tried to order the glass again and got the following:

"Please do not attempt to threaten us with false reviews about my company. I recommend to you seriously that you do not contact us again. Please find another company to purchase your glass. We do not wish to do business with you."

It was their fault in the first place. I do not recommend this company as it seems they do not accept their mistakes. Their 'customer service' leaves a lot to be desired but perhaps they cannot be bothered with a small order?

Website was very easy to use and when I had queries re delivery they were answered very quickly.

Needed some non standard shelves and a custom size mirror for the bathroom but I couldn't find any anywhere. None of the other sites I tried did anything but "standard" sizes.
The website was easy to use once I'd read the instructions and ordered my made to measure mirror and some made to measure glass shelves for the bathroom and they arrived as promised within the 14 days.
They were delivered by their own driver who was courteous and helpful.

I ordered a custom sized mirror from this company's website. The mirror is exactly as ordered. Although the stated delivery was 7-9 working days, due to materials not being in stock my order took 18 days to arrive.

Due to the times delays with my order mirrorsandglass delivered the mirror to me free of charge as a goodwill gesture.

Quality product and well packaged. Highly recommended. They use a proper delivery company too.
