I ordered a bespoke hand-painted mirror over the phone. The person I dealt with was very polite and helpful. The mirror arrived a couple of weeks later and was very well packaged to avoid damage. It came with hangers. It is now hanging in our lounge and it looks lovely. My wife and I are extremely pleased with it and the whole experience. Well done.

An excellent service, quality and price. From placing the order, after receiving sample frames, through to delivery. What I found particularly helpful was the fact that I could discuss technical questions over the phone before placing my order.

Having bought from Mirrorworld previously I was delighted to find the experience was a good as ever, with a superb website and huge choice of custom-made mirrors to choose from.
There was also excellent information on the best way to hang the mirror and delivery was prompt and as promised.
Quality of the mirror and frame was excellent.
The only negative I found was the quality of the hooks and hangers was not as good as the brass ones I had bought with previous orders and I would gladly have paid more for that quality.

We ended up with a made to measure mirror for our updated en-suite thanks to the help & advice received at mirrorworld swinton. We went in expecting to buy a ready made mirror, but after explaining the purpose, we were advised to have a proper bathroom mirror made up to suit wall & conditions - now fitted, looks great & makes room looks twice size.

I have just sourced a fine wall mirror for our newly re-furbished bathroom from Mirrorworld. Discovered via the web, I was impressed by the sheer range and quality of mirrors on offer, including the ability to specify specific sizes (1200 x 400mm in our case). Delivered one week after I placed the order, great care had been taken to ensure that this fragile purchase arrived safely and intact, with extensive and high quality packaging to keep the order secure.

Initial mirror arrived damaged but Mirrorworld quickly arranged delivery of a replacement.

After looking at numerous websites and mirrors I came across Mirrorworld. They had plenty of mirrors to choose from and various sizes. I ordered the one I wanted and within a matter of days it arrived with plenty of protective packaging. It looks great in the bathroom sat above the washbasin. I would highly recommend Mirrorworld.
