Terrible and unprofessional company. They owe us close to €5000 and we have 2 lawsuits against them for nonpayment

This is a terrible company please please do not give them any money. They put pressure on you to pay the whole amount, then never respond to any calls and text. My family had no water or gas as they did not pay any if the bills. They are heartless and cruel people and I don’t know how they sleep at night. Burak man calls and lies so much 😡 please run from this company and all the staff that work there are scum and they know exactly what is going on. They steal and never call until they need more money. The Turkish government needs to put a complete stop to them operating. They have found some loop hole and are still trying to sign more people to homes they have no access to. Please don’t sign up with them and do not give them money. Please this is a big warning. May god strike them down for putting so many families in a really bad situation.

I am a homeowner working with Missafir. They have stopped paying owner share of rental fee from March 2024. No explaination given, no promise date for resuming payments. It is fraud!
Do not rent your apartment with them.
Do not rent from them - there are many unhappy owners that may not let you in, despite your payment to booking platform.

Achtung eine Abzocke!! Eine Wohnung mit schönst. Bilder in Istanbul gebucht alles bezahlt. Falsche Hausnummer, falscher Zugangscode angegeben. Die Wohnung total abgenutzt, seit letzter Bewohner nicht mehr geputzt und gereinigt. Alle Bettwäsche und Bade und Handtücher benutzt auf dem Boden. Schimmelige Wände. WC, Bad und Küche verschmutzt und nicht gereinigt. Keine Rechnung bekommen und bis heute alle Beschwerden werden ignoriert und einfach nicht geantwortet. Wir sind sofort ausgecheckt aber das Geld bis heute nicht zurück bekommen. Einfach Betrüger!! Achtung!!

Scam Company!! Beware of a rip off!! An apartment with the most beautiful. Pictures booked in Istanbul, everything paid for. Wrong house number, wrong access code given. The apartment is totally worn out and hasn't been cleaned since the last resident. All bed linen and bath and towels used on the floor. Moldy walls. Toilet, bathroom and kitchen dirty and not cleaned. No bill received and to this day all complaints are ignored and simply not responded to. Simply scammers!! Danger!!

I'm a homeowner with Missafir.com. they rent out my house in Turkey and are supposed to take a 30% commission from the rental revenue. My house has been rented out since June last year but the revenue are not paid. Even a penny at all!!THIEVES!! ALL EMPLOYEES EVERYONE IN THIS COMPANY ALL THIECVES AND LIARS! I SUED THEM, BASTARDS!!!

They do their work with good intentions and integrity, the opportunities they provide are quite good, and I appreciate their attention.

The apartment was very comfortable and on the top location near the main streets with shops, restaurants and Gala towers. The host was very friendly and serviceable. I would only advise him to fix the shower as it was barely attached to the wall. Definitely recommended the place. :)

We rented apartment in Airbnb and has e very nice experience. It was very clean and cozy, had a perfect location - easy access to main attractions.

I'm a homeowner with Missafir.com. they rent out my apartment in Turkey and suppose to take 30% commission from the rental revenue. My apartment has been rented out since July last year but the revenue are not paid. They only paid a few months but have stopped paying my revenue since April. They have breached the contract they signed with me and do not care their actions are no different to stealing. I have to. Take legal action against the them and I will. This is a warning to anyone who is going to sign a rental contract with them, be aware. They will not pay you.

Total scammers. They owe me over 150,000 TL. Although they received the rent from the tenants, they don’t pay my money in full. The CEO, CFO and all the employees work there are complete liars. I’m surprised government doesn’t look into their operations as they are illegally holding people’s money. Don’t let your flat or rent a property through them. This is a warning to you.

Scam alert!!! They have been managing my properties and been a terrible service overall. Everything aside they owe me more than £10,000 from our rental agreement and I am unable to reach anyone!

"missafir" It's a horrible company, they wouldn't let us make a reservation until we payed the full amount through an unknown website under their name, after paying they stopped replying to our text the next day we spent 4 hours in the street because they weren't replying as to where we should go to check in
, after checking in we realized that opposite to what they claimed the place didn't have an ac in the living room not even a single fan, the TV and the refrigerator don't work, and we text and called them and they ignore our texts and won't return our phone calls, horrible company, I would recommend it to anyone, worst experience of your life, guaranteed.

To all property owners: BEWARE of this company! They rented out my properties, collected the rent, and never paid me. They managed 10 of my apartments, took the money, and then stopped responding to my messages. It was only after I took action to evict them that I regained control of my properties. This company is scamming property owners—stay away!

Be carful! Scam company! Its been 2 months and Missafir are not paying the owners of the apartments! They dont give exact date for sending money they act as if the properties are theirs.

Looks like a scam in progress! They have my apartment operated as a holiday home and have not paid my rent since March 2024 till date… completely in the dark with no one responding to my concerns.

Looks like I will have to turn the whole thing over to legal what a mess they have done by not communicating at all. So not only do they not transfer the rent they completely stopped communication, your account manager doesn’t not reply, online chat does not reply once they know you are the owner and asking for the rent payment and the telephone line will answer and tell you some one will call you back in a rude and non professional way.

I suspect they are trying to accumulate as much rent as possible and disappear because they are continuing to lease my apartment and others as well from what I can see in the reviews.

If any one else reads this I suggest we take joint legal action against the owner and the company immediately!
