I will not write about the good…

I will not write about the good moments, of course they are, so I do not put one point, but I will write about the bad.
Of the three days of rent, only on the first day there was hot water and then intermittently, then there was no hot water at all. To my questions, the owner wrote me instructions on how to repair the boiler (I'm a plumber), but the boiler is in a closed room, for which there is no key. So we lived with a child without hot water. You also need to know that there is no microwave.
P.s. the villa itself is nice and my review is mostly about the landlord who is a local agency with many ads and who doesn't care about you.

They are fake, deceivers

I booked a flat through booking.com and got a message from messafir.com about the steps to follow.
The reviews of the flat rated 9 out of 10 in all aspects.
Even one of reviews said about noise of motorbikes down the window, but the details given were of minus 3 floor flat. Strange
I urged them to either give me at least ground floor flat or cancell my booking as I paid them full amount of 10 days based on their reviews, but they never.
I checked in, the flat is like a hell, return smell of gutter all over the place, no ventilation in toilet and shower, no ventilation in kitchen which made us not to use gas as it may cause CO to accumulate. No CO alarm.
Toilet seat back always stays at 45 degree, made us to use toilet with extreme difficulty to take extra care not to let it touch with our back.
Mosquitoes all around the kitchen and toilet area, the curtains of other side window never cover the whole window which disturbed our privacy.
I urged the lady who always chat, never bother to show up , to refund my money, but she always said speak to booking.com. Upon speaking to booking.com they say we have sent email to missafir.com and waiting their reply. Both passing the bucket.
There is no road under the window where we can hear noise of motorbikes, meaning the reviews were fake.
I contacted many times to at least repair the toilet seat but their priority is themselves not guests.
They charged me a good amount in euros but gave a slum like flat.
I also told them that I am in Turkey for my wife treatment who is also asthematic, but they have a heart of iron.
Now its 4am in the morning and I am writing this review and worried of my wife health.
I will leave this place tomorrow in any case.
Pls be very careful with this company messafir.com
Always book for one day, before booking ask for the floor number.
They treat international guests like animals.
I am going to police station to file a formal report as a first step before I write to TURSAB, Turkish travel and tourist agency.
I will then get help from my British Embassy in Istanbul.
Outrageous.

Missafir.com Services

I have booked a hotel on booking.com with a name "Vibrant Hotel Suite located in Historical area surrounded by Nature". Soon after missafir.com contacted me on booking.com to pay immediately on their website to confirm the booking.
The hotel was priced A class, but it was in the condition of C class. Hotel did not have warm shower and refused to help us. We have contacted missafir.com and the company representative said they can not help.
Soon after we realized checking on the google maps the hotel actually priced D class 1/4 of what missafir.com charged us. When we contacted the company they said it is their dynamic pricing model.
We left the hotel, our vacation alwas destroyed by the internet fraud startup called missafir.com
And here it continues, they called back they are sorry, they would like to reimburse. We said we will not accept their payment, if they dont change their booking.com post. They said they will do it immediately.
After a month, they still didnt reimburse! Their booking.com post is still the same! This startup is definitely irresponsible in their services, they cheat on consumers and I would not trust to work with them.

Reliable company

Stayed for 19 days in Gocek at Skopea Maisonettes, block C, number 5. Had a few niggles but company were quick to respond. Property booked via VRBO who were useless; won't use them again; inaccurate description of property facilities. However, dealing with Missafir was easy and will go direct through them and rent the same property again as views were magnificent. Overall a positive experience with Missafir.

A new and vibrant company. Well trusted with good staff who are very knowledgeable and speak good English.
I was very happy with their services.

I've booked Messafir homes 2bedroom duplex apartment in Lara, Antalya, directly over their site and it was the worst renting experience I've had. They rented a poorly cleaned house with half of the amenities broken for big buck and had zero problem with it. The house had broken door knobs, broken hair dryer, poorly installed or broken mosquito nets, audio system with half the speakers not working, the terrace lights that didn't work, the air conditioner for lower floor that made loud noises and soon stopped working because Messafir repairmen removed the fan and walked away with it to never return. To their credit, they do have a property managers, Volkan and Dogan, who even tried to help several times, but got bored with my silly requests to maybe rent a house I payed for or relocate me or refund me so I've never heard from them again after 1,5 weeks of stay. At least they helped in the beginning. My special thanks, however, goes to Bercin, manager, who has done nothing but forwarded my messages to property managers and got so annoyed with me for threatening a company with a lawsuit for not making any refunds (although their site directly says about for refund possibility), so she said that she is done with me and I should talk to property managers. Property managers, of course, are not authorised to talk refunds, so, basically, I was left hanging. Better yet, few weeks into my stay, the aunts started flooding the house, so I had to call exterminator several times.

So, to sum up, the house was almost as on picture (only half of the amenities I payed for didn't work properly or were damaged) and Messafir team is sure to leave you hanging with most of your troubles - so, booking via Airbnb or Booking is highly recommended, that way you have a chance of forcing some refund.

I sayed in one of their villas in Sapanca. It was in the winter season so we couldn’t use the pool but the atmosphere was amazing with the fire place burning in the background. We are definitely coming back in the summer to use the pool this time
