Excellent customer service. Placed my order by telephone .

Items arrived quickly, good quality and an easy ordering service.

Great site to use, prompted to buy after a hotel stay with fantastic pillows , however not sure we got the right ones

Quality of product was excellent but delivery took a couple of days longer than I thought it would going on information given when ordered
Generally, very happy

I was really happy with the company that I used the item turned up on time and was a very good quality. I will definitely have a recommend. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I bought these pillows with such high hopes and was really looking forward to them. Unfortunately, after only one month of use, they’ve completely flattened out — no support, no bounce back, and they don’t hold their shape at all anymore.

It’s so disappointing because I really wanted these to work and trusted the brand. Now they feel thin and uncomfortable, just like old worn-out pillows. For the price and expectations set, the quality really doesn’t match. I hoped for something durable and long-lasting, but they’ve lost all structure way too soon. Would not recommend for anyone wanting lasting support

Fast delivery and really nice quality pillowcases!

Excellent phone service and delivery

We found them very efficient and quick delivery our pillows and mattress protector were very reasonably privatized and of a good quality

I was trying to find the product number of a duvet I had found to be very comfortable in a hotel. This was complicated. Steve could not have been more helpful in identifying the product, explaining that there was now an even better model and helping me to order it on-line,

Great service Great product

As per usual fantastic service

Helpful efficient staff , speedy deliveries

I was very pleased with my purchase and consider it very good value for the price. Thank you very much for a prompt service and I'm sure I'll be using your services in the future.

Gareth, really friendly, and helpful. Fast delivery

High quality products, competitively priced. Easy to order, sent quickly.

Great pillows , communication and quick turn around , can’t fault it, well done

Had a problem with the mattress encasement being faulty when it was delivered. Spoke to a very helpful person at Mitre Linen. He arranged next day pick up of faulty item and a replacement arrived 2 days later.
